This so-called company is abysmal. The staff takes no initiative to get things done and no responsibility. They need to be repeatedly chased for rental payments and their inventories are poorly done by Miles Turner. They wash their hands of all responsibility after tenants have moved out and leave it to homeowners to resolve disputes. If I wanted to deal with all the stressful life admin myself I wouldn't have engaged the services of an estate agent in the first place. The only member of staff who is remotely helpful is Sharon. Nikki is absolutely incompetent and never seems to know the answer to anything. Over Christmas the tenants vacated the house early and it was empty for 2 months during freezing temperatures causing the pipes to burst, resulting in extensive damage to the whole house. TnT Estates being the property managers should have emptied the water tanks after the tenants left, but their incompetence cost me over £70K in repairs. Stay away from this 'company', which is actually just a one man show, and save yourself the heartache and hassle. Use a real estate agent if you have to. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Disappointing Experience with Nicky at T & T Estates
We had an awful experience with Nicky at T & T Estates. She organised a secret vote with the resident shareholders of South Hill, Southport, about installing a disability ramp. Shockingly, she excluded a shareholder who is wheelchair-bound and needs the ramp to access her home.

T & T referred to this as a "confidential" vote, yet the disabled resident was not allowed to see what the vote entailed or how it was presented. Initially, 6 out of 9 residents voted for the ramp, but the outcome changed after the secret vote. Nicky at T & T has refused to share the details of what was communicated to the other residents, completely excluding the disabled resident from this critical information.

Legal action is being considered.
