Purchased the Sugar biscuit Reindeer kit and what a waste of money. Smashed to pieces and the broken biscuit wasn't pleasant to eat so went straight in the compost

Delicious sweets! Absolutely love the pick of the mix fizzy pick & mix. Lots of fruity flavours and every one of them delicious. My husband found them a bit too sweet, but that just meant more for me. Ordered 3 of the duo packs with the strawberry fizzy pencils and though there was a mix up with the postage; they soon got it sorted. Will be buying again!

I found the company when I was searching for a gingerbread house for my daughter's birthday party just after Christmas. It also needed to be suitable for egg/dairy allergy. The website was reassuring and informative- I could make an alternate egg free royal icing to use with the kit. As it was needed quickly after the company's return to work, I emailed as suggested and the team kindly made sure it arrived in time.

Nice Christmas activity making the house. A few bits broke either in transit or Christmas packing but even more fun gluing together and making it whole as best we could.

Took ages assembling a gingerbread house kit and it tasted absolutely disgusting. My son and wife spat it out...I struggled to swallow it and washed it down with mouthfulls of water. We all had just the one bite and then bagged it up and threw it in the bin. Really not what we expected.

My sister gifted my family a Treat Kitchen reindeer kit back in N9vember. It arrived quickly after she ordered, and once it arrived I put it in the Christmas cupboard.
Fast forward to today, I've opened the box and most of the parts are unfortunately broken. All good, I realise that probably happened in transit, not the fault of the brand. However, after I used icing to glue the broken pieces together and let it set, I started trying to construct the reindeer - little one was just going to help with the decoration once construction complete and set. However, the base biscuits, that have holes in for the reindeer legs...they're too close together and so the the legs don't even slot into the holes properly. The first one is constructed and glued (had to use so much icing around the hooves to fill the holes), and is in the fridge, setting. We'll see how it goes, it's just really disappointing that there are slots that aren't in the right position, so made construction incredibly difficult.

Worst gingerbread house, poorly baked, misshapen, terrible instructions, the egg white and sugar was almost impossible to work with, the house fell over many times, looked like had been through an earthquake, avalanche followed by a tsunami...bought the house in Kew village. Avoid at all costs

Amazing customer service from Lydia at Treat Kitchen. I ordered a box of tree decorations through my Vodafone rewards which were sent out and received very promptly. Unfortunately some of the biscuits were damaged, I emailed customer service and Lydia immediately offered apologies and the option of a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement as I am planning on using them for a Christmas get together so the more biscuits the merrier even if the new box would arrive with some broken. Without fully opening the new box I believe most are intact this time which is great. Lydia indicated they are planning on looking into sturdier alternative packaging next year which I think would be very beneficial. The biscuits look amazing and I can't wait to do decorating with family and friends, plus I'm sure they'll taste great too! Would not hesitate to recommend this company for their lovely products and excellent customer service.

I was really impressed with the customer service I received. They replied promptly and were very helpful and offered a solution to my concern. I was also delighted with the products.

This was the most amazing gingerbread house I have ever brought. Me and my mum loved making this and it was great family experience. Also had great email chain with Linda very good costumer service.

The gingerbread house was unusable due to being broken. I have held off giving a negative review but keep getting emails to complete one.

The items came in double packaging so I was hoping they will be in perfect condition for my kids to do the icing. Unfortunately they were all broken, not a single piece survived the journey which was quite disappointing. On the plus side, the gingerbread is very good in taste!

Great products! I also had a great service from the Treat Kitchen. I had a small issue with my order which was not their fault and they responded to me quickly and fixed it straight away. I haven’t knocked a star off as stuff happens that’s out of companies controls and they handled it superbly. I definitely will be ordering again.

Terrible product - ordered the reindeer box it arrived smashed to pieces, the biscuits were unusable. I arranged for a replacement. Exactly the same issue when the second box arrived. Terrible packaging, biscuits left loose in the box - of course they are going to break to pieces during transit. Waste of time and money. Have told all friends and family not to waste their time purchasing this for a Christmas activity and hope others won’t waste their money like I did.

The company response says there has been a resolution. There hasn’t been. I got sent a 2nd damaged box and asked for a refund of my delivery charge. They did not agree to this. Also it is not the postman’s fault as they keep saying. Their packaging is the problem, everything falling about loosely in the box. Don’t believe them!
