Sad that they are closing! Best warehouse ever
There is no words to describe this warehouse, I appreciate the teams efforts in this year that I was able to use their service. They were always kind and they replied so fast
This last month their response to messages was a bit slow but I think it was because the decision that they are shutting down their service. :(
Honestly the best warehouse ever. I’ll be here if you want to come back!!

Overall experience so far!
For the most part everything is so fast. Usually as soon as I use buy product and submit the order less than 24 hours they usually have placed the order. I understand that sometimes they can be delayed with question responses but it doesn’t bother me too much!

extremely slow service now compared to…
Extremely slow service now compared to before. Buying a product took 3 days, promotion ended before purchase took place and I had to top up, customer service took 4 over days to reply, packing took another 3 days, well i used to love using tubeat but i think it is time to find a faster service. my previous two buying experience were TERRIBLY slowass. Won't be back.

I hope that can have a area for download the receipts for the goods. Currently, I have to type out all my goods and price in declaration.
The goods packing time also took a long while.

patience and effectiveness
Even with the language barrier, they patiently helped me fix some errors that one company made with the delivery and brought the fragile product to me as quickly as possible. I'm glad that this kind of company exists.

New Favorite Korean Proxy
Never used a Korean proxy before but they made everything easy. Their bank transfer service is awesome. Packed items carefully and securely. Only thing I wish is that they gave more free warehouse storage time but I know 30 days is standard. Highly recommend

my first package arrived succefully so i can now give an honest rating. here are things i liked about the service.
i have used this service to receive package from an individual in korea. I have been provided with a kr phone number as well.
1: very active and responsive customer care. they quickly replied to most of the questions i had and sent by email.
2: when i selected to deliver the package, once packaging was done, i was sent a picture of the package for free. it reassured me to know the service was legit and my package was safe.
3: i selected the cheapest delivery, k-packet at around 20 dollars. the package arrived and took less time than i expected, so i am satisfied. the delivery costs a lot obviously, but i expected that.
the service is good. wether the price is good or not is up to you to choose, personally i didnt mind the costs.

Best Korean warehouse!
Third parcel received from Tubeat and as always everything was packed really well. I requested for shipment during the Chuseok holidays and they were able to send it out 1 day after the holiday finished which was really quick! Tubeat was the first Korean warehouse I used and I will continue to use their service as they offer the best price and quick service!! Hoping that in the future we will be able to pay by South Korean Won as well! Thank you as always, Tubeat :)
