Tubeat experience
I have used Tubeat over 5 months now for their following services: Buying, sending payment and warehouse storage. Sending payment process has been very easy and the seller in Korea receives the payment almost instantly. Only negative point is that I hope that they can accept other currencies besides US Dollars. Buying process is very easy to use. Just have to add product link, description and quantity of purchase and other comments and customer service team almost buys the product requested within 24 hrs. Only negative point is that I hope they can also add in a tracking no post purchase order so we are able to track the product delivery stage or have a delivery status tab to let customers know where it is up to. Warehouse experience has been fantastic. Products received at Korean address has been sent email notification upon arrival with photo of parcel. Plus points: ability to merge multiple parcels together for combined shipping, specific requests of extra item review, photos, extra packing material, customised packing always met with excellent response. I have also had the experience of receiving refunds from Korean sellers through Tubeat and the process is very simple. Tubeat customer service team is also very quick and efficient in responding to customer service emails and their English is very understandable. Only negative experience one time was that my Level 3 verified account sometimes becomes unverified suddenly and I have to re-upload my identity documents again.
