This is the first time I have ordered Tubz and found they were very easy to order and products arrived very quickly in great condition. The Tubz sweets themselves are fantastic and all of us, children and adults included, enjoyed them. I would recommend them for home treats and will buy them again. This is a genuine review from a mum.

This is my first review and very much deserved. I rang Tubz directly as we were away whilst delivery was being attempted. Long story short I had to call up Tubz to find out where my parcel was, not expecting such a wonderful, helpful lady Sally on the other end. She not only called me back within minutes, but arranged for delivery asap. Thank you so much.

Always go out of their way to be helpful. Good company. Delivery company are’nt the best, normally broken boxes and damaged products but Tubz company are sound.

Fast service , great choice if tubz

It's a good product with next to no duds in the box. I've always had fast dispatches and deliveries.

I luv all tubz and my grandchildren can’t get enough , I would get refill boxes every other month if postage to NI wasn’t £26 , the rest uk has same postage costs as us so don’t understand the large amount and never get free postage offered .

Short delivery time, easy to order

Fast delivery but box is damaged every time. I don’t order sweets as little profit. I only order the tubs and fill them myself. Otherwise good service

Have ordered products & parts monthly, no issues with parts or products. Couple of minor delivery issues, but nothing that Tubz as a firm coupd of anticipated. So far so good👊👍

I have had a mostly positive experience with Tubz Brands Limited. Sally in customer service is fantastic—friendly and personal, which is really refreshing these days. Ordering online was simple, and the updates on my order were helpful. Although one delivery had some address issues, overall, deliveries are usually timely and well-managed.

Delivery of product was mostly fine. Seems to be a diminishing demand for Tubz sweets, especially with inflation eating away at margins. Ideas of changing the mechanism to incorporate card readers were suggested, but I can’t see it materialising. The main issue is the false advertising, in which they promote sweets such as M & Ms and Toblerone, but haven’t actually been stocked for some time due to Tubz being priced out of them. This will likely happen to other sweets that they offer (skittles) leaving customers with unbranded and generally unwanted product. Very tough market if trying to establish a Tubz franchise model.
