Great customer service

The customer service alone is worth 5 stars, but the lamps we ordered have been the most complimented part of our kitchen renovation. Unfortunately, about 3-4 weeks after installing our wall sconces, one of the glass shades cracked. We suspect the fittings were too tight and the house shifted, which was a bit of a fluke. I reached out to see if there was any way to buy just a replacement shade, rather than having to buy an entire light, and to my surprise they offered to send one for free. They definitely didn’t need to, it wasn’t a faulty product, but that’s the type of customer service that would make me buy from them again.

I have received several lamps from this company, and everything has been as described online and in photos, and with fairly fast shipping times.

The Customer Service has also been good, answering questions, etc. in a timely matter.

Product arrived damaged and they wouldn’t replace it

Product arrived damaged. Instead of sending a full replacement, they shipped parts and told me to hire an electrician to disassemble and then reassemble the damaged pendant. Aside from voiding the UL listing with the reconstruction, this was very unfair to have to hire someone to fix their damaged pendant (the electrician labor cost more than the pendant). Very unimpressed.

Thank you for your honest review, I'm sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet expectations. I had a look at your order and we had one light shade that was unfortunately damaged in transit - which we sent a replacement shade out immediately, as well as a step-by-step video on how to replace it.

Before we sent out the replacement, you did ask if replacing the shade was difficult, but our tech team advised it was a straightforward process and created a step-by-step video. However, after the replacement shade had been delivered, you requested that an entirely new fixture be sent. As a replacement shade had already been provided, we were unfortunately unable to send an additional replacement fixture to you.

As installation of our lights is already recommended to be carried out by a licensed electrician, this would have been a quick task for them to complete. Please rest assured that changing the shade would not affect the UL listing, as neither the fixture nor its components are modified.

We’re always striving to provide the best possible service for our customers, and we truly hope you’ll love the lights as much as we do. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to us via email and we’ll be more than happy to continue supporting you from there.

Scam site…

I purchased four brass wall lights and received items from China that bore no resemblance to the items advertised. Cheap imitations, except they weren’t cheap! Wish I’d checked trustpilot first. Company very obstructive and no refund.

Horrible company

Horrible company. They took longer than expected to deliver products and when I asked to cancel they said it had shipped already but it had not. Then they wanted to charge shipping both ways for a product that had not even shipped. Very obnoxious customer service.
Never received the lights but I was charged for them.

Don’t trust this site

Don’t trust this site! We used Google lens to see where else their product is sold, and we found the same product on Amazon, Etsy and eBay for 1/2 the price. It’s a scam.
