Who are we you're asking? Good question... We started back in 1994 working from a garden shed with little idea of what was to follow! Fast forward 30 years and we have a great team going above and beyond to send out high-quality grounds maintenance products to our customers all around the UK. We ship over 80% of orders same day. From 6,500 product lines, we hold 98% of normal stock items. Starting back in 1954, previously having been grounds maintenance contractors ourselves, Tudor Environmental has been committed to give their customers a top-class service and to help them get ahead and complete their tasks in the best possible way. 1954 – Founder of the business, Stewart Beresford leaves school to study Horticulture. 1976 – Stewart starts Tudor Horticulture. 1980 – His sons Andy and Jerry join as the business quickly expands. 1993 – Tudor Environmental, sister company to Tudor Horticultural begins to take shape. 1994 – Tudor Environmental moved into its first commercial premises. 2006 – The business moves to much larger premises as growth continues over time. 2016 – The business moves to much larger premises again where they remain in 2024. As a family-owned business, now in it’s third generation, we continue to passionately adhere to our original values and culture. This includes integrity and honesty in every situation, being easy to deal with, providing a helpful, friendly, and very high level of personal service – as the ‘one-stop shop’ supplier to the professional grounds maintenance industry. Over the last 30 years, we have grown to become a key supplier to numerous Councils, Contractors, Grounds Departments and Landscapers throughout the UK. We look forward to being of service to you.

EXTORTIONATE DELIVERY CHARGES!
CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I PURCHASED ORIGINALLY WITH NO ISSUES AND A FLAT RATE DELIVERY CHARGE. THEY HAVE SINCE INCREASED THEIR DELIVERY CHARGE TO SOUTH OF CHESHIRE TO NEARLY 50% OF THE COST OF MY £300 ORDER!! EXCUSES WERE MADE CONSISTING OF ‘WE HAVE LOWERED THE PRICES ON GOODS INSTEAD’. NOT BY ANYWHERE NEAR THAT PRICE YOU HAVEN’T! GONE ELSEWHERE.

Here at Tudor, only a very small proportion of the products we sell are carriage extra. These tend to be bulky, lower-value items that are expensive to ship. In fact, there are fewer than 120 lines this applies to, out of thousands of products in our range that qualify for free delivery on orders over £75 + VAT.
We previously included carriage within the product price, but we reduced those prices significantly to make them more competitive. Since earlier in the year when this change was made, carriage is quoted separately based on the number of pallets or parcels and the delivery postcode.
We do hope you’ll consider us again in the future — we’d be very glad to help with any other requirements.

Parcel was delivered to me by mistake and I get a letter saying I have to sort out collection of it like it's my problem when I never signed for it!

We discovered from our carrier that the items had been delivered to you in error and as we had no contact details for yourself except the address that the carrier had mistakenly delivered to, we had no option but to send a letter to your address so that we could liaise with you regarding the collection at a convenient time to get the goods out of your way.
We apologise for the serious inconvenience this has caused you and hope that we can arrange picking up the offending items soon!
