I booked a 30-minute consultation with Chris at Tudor House Immigration Services Inc. on November 3rd, 2025, paying $100 and expecting a professional, informative discussion about my case. Before booking, I clearly highlighted the important details and was not expecting false hopes or imaginary expectations. However, the meeting lasted barely 20 minutes, and his tone and demeanor made it obvious he did not want to be there.

Despite my preparedness and excitement to discuss my case, he asked no detailed questions and seemed visibly overwhelmed and annoyed. There were awkward silences, repeated points, and a rushed end to the meeting. As someone with over a decade of customer experience, I understand fatigue, but even tiredness does not excuse dismissive behavior.

I understand he was speaking from a straight, cold, logical point of view and that no harm was meant, but a sensitive approach means everything. That attitude alone affected me in a very negative way that day, as I was already feeling anxious about this process. I ultimately decided not to move forward, as I did not want to waste his “precious” time with my case.

Even though you do not mean bad or you know a case is not 100% win, you do not get to treat people like they do not worth your time. Service that directly affects people’s lives deserves engagement, respect, and a professional attitude, none of which I experienced.

I hope Chris reconsiders his approach to client interactions, because indifferent, harsh, or impatient behavior leaves a lasting negative impression.
