The staff were really helpful and the roof tent is excellent. It's now mounted on the roof of my vehicle awaiting its first sleepover test.

Yes it is in there refund policy which wouldn't load on mobile. Just be aware if your bit of kit doesn't fit or you need to return for any reason that they will take €210 if you try return a 270 awning. UNUSED AND UNOPENED with intact packaging( cause delivery drivers are known for their gentle deliveries)
I think it is a little much for an €840 euro item and very easy for them to refuse refund.
The installation manual is 1 little picture with very little information and the rest of it is how to use it once installed. I also couldn't find the weight loads/ minimum distances required for compatibility.
Now they have been helpful trying to sort out my problem which was not enough support at the hinge with my current roof bars AND they kit itself is top quality and is a great addition to my needs, couldnt fault it at all. But when I mentioned it may need to be returned I was told 25% restock.

Honestly it deserves 5 stars. But with the -25% refunds, lack of support requirements, some Web design / user interface issues to access policy it's brought it down.

Brilliant company to deal with, ordered a smart cap which was delivered quickly. We had to change a bracket as it was damaged which was not their fault, they took one off a demo truck so we could get the smart cap fitted.

You're going to be hard pushed to find a more passionate, knowledgable and most critically HONEST team of adventure lovers.

They will even talk themselves out of a sale if it isn't the right thing for you. So refreshing in a sea of commerce operators that just want the trade, not the impact it has.

Dara, Mark, the entire team have taken my endless stream of questions and thoughts in their stride. They've rapidly improved my own knowledge and made me feel confident and clear at each stage.

When you find a team that really want to work with customers on the OUTCOME... or in this case, their journeys ahead you are very fortunate indeed.

What's truly reassuring, is that Tuff Trek are not just an outlet of products, they are true overlanders and adventurers. They take their products out in the world (and I do mean THE WORLD, not just the new forest) and seek to refine their catalog to only supply what they believe in.

I was also fortunate to visit one of their open days, it was at that point I truly knew that I was never going to go anywhere else for my needs.

I'm truly looking forward to having my equipment fitted onto the truck in a few weeks and I know that it's going to be another day of improving my own knowledge about how all these things come together to make for great adventures!
