We had placed an order for a Golden Black Colour Stanley Tumbler. On the outside of the packing, it is clearly written as “Golden Black.” However, upon opening, we found the tumbler inside is Blue in colour, which is not what we ordered.

In their Website, they accept only returns for the damages. The process is manual and they rejected the claim for color mismatch.
This is not returnable as per their Thievy policies.

They sent me a damaged piece and then refused to respond to emails and messages on Instagram. They don't even have a number I can call. Total regret!

The product i received is different from what I ordered.
The quality is disgusting

They are doing fruad and selling local tumbler . Please don’t buy as these ate not Stanley products. This is a big scam . They don’t even reply on emails .

Fraud!! They scam people

Tumbler Cart advertises showcasing Stanley branded tumblers however all this is a non-branded Tumbler which is partially damaged and definitely nothing like the product that you ordered. Additionally, the email ID which they have shared for customer support seems to be not monitored or maybe they do not provide any sort of customer support. Hence they do not respond at all. It’s a very bad experience with this seller. Recommend you not to buy. SCAM!

They have uploaded Stanley tumblers for sale, but when you place order they send cheap non-branded tumblers.

I ordered a product from this website and it was damaged. Now I am sending email to request for returning or exchanging, but they are not even responding.
