The lead times were made clear from the start and ended up being spot on. We’re so happy with how our shutters look, they have transformed our lounge. We would use TWS again and would recommend to anyone interested in getting shutters fitted.

TWS were brilliant. From the initial quote to installation. Steven was very friendly and prompt on his initial visit. The quote was very competitive and I'm really glad I went with TWS. The shutters took 15 weeks to arrive, which I was told at the beginning and on the installation day, Steven, Al and Iain were excellent. They were friendly, hard working and EXTREMELY tidy. Their attention to detail in the finishing was impeccable too.

The whole experience was exemplary. The advice given during the visit to measure and quote was very helpful, and the price quoted was very reasonable. The shutters arrived earlier than expected, and were fitted quickly and neatly. I highly recommend Tunbridge Wells Shutters.
