Support at Tunesmake is great and responsive. They helped me work through a change in the program super clearly and it worked right away. We had a little back and forth to clarify the issue, they asked for a screen video and it was solved.

I used this replace some old LPs and cassettes I had sitting around, and around Christmas time. Easy to use. My only issue was trying to turn it off/ cancel my subscription.

I had a few issues with this product which were totally my issues and had nothing to do with Tunesmake. The support I received was second to none and they didn’t make me feel burdensome at all. They got me all sorted out and I’m using this product with ease and wonderful results.

Tunesmake's support team is always very quick and you get several possibilities to troubleshoot. If they don't help at first try, Tunesmake Support assists you until they find a solution!

App was simple to use and downloaded my music from Deezer flawlessly. Very pleased with this app. Customer service responds online in a timely manner and is thorough in their follow through.

The software does exactly what it says and is very easy to use. I only had one problem updating it and the tech support helped me sort it the very next day. There are various options to choose the quality and type of file to save the song as, and it saves all the relevant meta info. Very impressed.

The software does what it says, and the lifetime license was easily moved to a new machine. Great, responsive customer service!

I use the Tidal download and converter on both Windows and Mac. The software is very useful, works very well, although navigating the user interface to locate all the necessary settings isn't the easiest in the world. Customer service is also very good (especially by today's standards) - when I've had problems they've generally responded within acceptable timeframes and with useful advice.

I love the product I download what I love music and I lost my laptop and there costumer service was so great they updated my account

Platform did exactly what I needed it to convert Amazon playlist to mp3 so I could embed into a presentation. Service was top notch in cancelling service when I no longer needed it.
