Turbify charged my credit card 30 days in advance of my renewal date instead the much shorter period in previous years. The renewal amount was more than previous years. They did not inform me of any of these changes, nor did you send a renewal notice before charging my card. When I called to cancel my account and request a refund (before the start of the new period) they refused. Luckily my bank saw things differently.

Can not login, ask for code verified that i never receive
I logged in, and a window appeared saying my phone and email address had not been verified. I then tried to verify them, and was asked to enter the verification code sent to my phone, but I haven't received it yet. They also asked me for an unreasonable letter from the court or a notary that this was my account. It's better to switch hosting providers than to make unreasonable demands.
