Makes the turf look new again! It’s not a commercial use product so don’t treat it like one. If it’s really hot outside and you set the brush too low you are going to abuse the motor. I had mine on setting 2 and it was working too hard. Set it to level 1 and it worked great. When the brushes start to wear down then you should be able to lower the setting. Don’t treat it like a vacuum cleaner and lower the brush down to the bottom. Take your time and go over the turf a few times at first. You will notice that more debris will start coming up off the bottom when the turf isn’t flattened.
It’s a good product out of the box!

Used it and initially worked well, but then the engine stopped working. Tried contacting the company via phone or their website a few times and no luck.

The company contacted me via trust pilot (after I put this review) with instructions that did not work. I would like to know how to fix it, if it is possible as right now it is not even starting.

after sending another email on 11/04/2024 as they indicated I got no reply whatsoever. I would not buy this machine.

Great at sweeping up debris and fluffing up turf blades at the same time.

The sweeper picks up all the dog hair left behind by my 2 golden Retrievers. It also picks up a lot of just plain old dirt blown into the turf by our West Texas breezes.

There is no technical support for this company. If you read the other reviews they say the same thing. My 380 sweeper ran for 10 minutes and shut off. I emailed every email they have and have received no responses. I own a factory also and my customer can reach and receive a reponse at any time. How a conpany operates like this is beyond me. I am going to purchase a machine from competitors and throw this one in the garbage, I guess.

I've been trying to contact someone at Turfmatic to return the item I ordered, Customer Service is awful.

The Turfmatic 380 does a great job picking up leaves, pine needles, and dog hair. It also renews the matted areas of turf. The motor seems powerful and I have no problem running it for an hour at a time.
Dragging a cord around is a pain, but I don't think any cordless machine could do the job.

I live in the UK, I purchased a Turfmatic last year through a company called Expressgrass.com. I used it once last year and then again earlier this year. I hadn't had it on long when there was a smell of burning from the motor and the machine stopped working. I had bought the Turfmatic just over a year before this happened so not sure whether the warranty was one or two years I contacted Expressgrass who told me to contact turfmatic via their website. I have written to Turfmatic THREE times regarding this and have never received a reply.
Unbelievably poor service from this US company for their UK customers.

We never received any updates from Turfmatic regarding the shipping progress. We still have not received our Turfmatic so I cannot review its performance.

I have some Mesquite trees that are continually dropping litter on my turf and was hoping that the Turfmatic could whisk these away. However, the Turfmatic struggles to capture this type of debris into the catcher bag and as soon as you turn the machine off it just drops them in a pile. I also have a putting green that I was hoping to brush, but found it difficult to get a good height setting so resorted back to my leaf blower for cleaning this area. All in all, the Turfmatic has not really solved my issue or saved me any time over what I was doing previously.

Product is great, but can't really do the major leaf pickup job I was hoping for. I think it will be perfect for summer and spring clean up...

This is a must have if you have synthetic grass. My only request would be to develop a cordless option.

I like my turfmatic when it works, it picks up leaves and debris beautifully and leaves a nice groomed look to the turf. Unfortunately, it stops working after it has been on for about 10 minutes. I need to let it rest for 30 minutes or so, then I can use it again. I emailed the company and received a prompt reply asking for more information. If they are able to solve my problem, I will update my review to 5 stars.

This machine is great if you are only wanting to clean up leaves and pine needles. Dog hair does get picked up, however, the hair gets completely wrapped around the brush roller bearings because there is no guard over the bearings. The hair gets caught and causes the motor to overheat

We needed some help cleaning our artificial turf from leaves and small seed pods and purchased the Turfmatic 380 Artificial Grass Sweeper 2 in 1-1800w. It is working great! It's a bit loud, but does the job. It not only saves us cleanup time, but does a better job than our hand rake and blower. We do recommend it for sweeping and raking up the leaves. BTW this is not a vacuum, it's a stiff plastic rotating brush.

I am hoping that the shipping issue is resolved and my original order is on its way and the new order for 2 new belts will follow soon. Mike

This product worked way better that expected. I have a lot of Pine trees around the outside of my yard and usually takes a hour to blow them off. Now, 20 minutes and it looks like a new yard. Wish I would have bought this along time ago !!
