I have been part of Turing since late 2024. And it has been an amazing journey. The kind of learning I have been doing is impeccable. I have an amazing team to work with. And unlike other usual jobs, I have been doing work in all direction which is giving me a lot of learnings and experience!

This is my first experience working with a globally distributed team, and it has truly been life-changing. Collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds, while navigating language and cultural differences, has been both a challenge and a growth opportunity.
What Turing does exceptionally well is maintaining an output-based performance structure and a clearly defined hierarchy, which makes it possible to efficiently manage a large number of developers across various projects. It’s not perfect, but there’s a clear and continuous effort to improve.
Personally, this journey has been transformative. My contributions have been recognized at multiple levels, and I’m excited about what lies ahead. I look forward to making even greater impact within the company.

The company has a strong working culture that encourages collaboration and respect. There's a clear focus on professional growth, with plenty of opportunities to learn and upskill. I especially appreciate the chance to work on cutting-edge AI and LLM training projects. Leadership is supportive. A bit more structured feedback and recognition could make the experience even better.

Working at Turing has been a highly enriching experience. The work environment encourages growth, innovation, and ownership. I’ve had the opportunity to work on challenging global projects that have enhanced my skills both technically and professionally.

I have worked with them for more than 2 years. They used to charge the Client - US $14,500 and they would give me $6,000. The client was from US.

Now tell me which sane company would keep them for more than a few months? At this rate any company can hire developers locally even in San Francisco. They need to change their strategy.

Their business model might be good but extremely greedy and because of that they're on a constant decline while their competitors are doing great because they have very low margin they can keep 20% cut and developers and companies both will love that but having more than 60% cut is not acceptable no matter where you live.

After the contract ended they couldn't even find me another job because clients don't like them a lot.

My experience at Turing so far has taught me a lot about a new market. The company provides the resources I need to do my job and has a very skilled team. On top of that, it has a very robust and well-organized structure.
Overall, my experience has been great and has brought a very positive shift in both my personal and professional life.
I wouldn't call it "perfect" just because there's always that bit of anxiety — the uncertainty of “What about tomorrow? Will I still be working?” I’ve seen many teams go into workpause, and that affects.

I've really enjoyed my time at Turing, especially the open culture that fosters creativity and collaboration. I appreciate the flexible working hours that allow for focused work without constant meetings, which boosts my productivity. The challenges in my work keep me motivated and help me grow. Overall, I feel supported and empowered in this team!

Overall, my experience at Turing has been positive. I’ve grown professionally, I enjoy being part of a global team and the flexibility of remote work. One thing that’s important for new people to know is that Turing operates on a project-based model, which means that after completing one assignment, there may be a waiting period before being matched with the next. So adaptability is the key! That said, the team is supportive, the opportunities are exciting and the learning never stops.

Good culture of ownership, lot of freedom to drive work in my own way without excessive prescription from leadership.
Leaders seem quite clear on vision and set on execution path.

Remote work, lots to learn.

My experience with Turing has been a positive one overall. The platform has improved, and the onboarding process was much smoother than I expected compared to other companies.

There are still some bumps along the way, but the growth has been wild.

A complete waste of time. Onboarded passing all test and coding challenge but when after 2 years no interviews. You applied for job then you don't even get any update on why profile is not being selected, no reason is given to you. The main funny part is their support team. They are like headless & brainless peoples, they don't even read your query and answers. Sometime they send you reply like how to onboard on their portal. You will raise complain about the wrong replies and they will send a reply , they are human beings mistakes can happens, wrong answers can be given. Imagine you can't connect to job poster and only way of communication is support team but they are brainless peoples who can only misguide you.

If there was an option for Zero star, it would fit perfectly to this "company". A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
4 months of tests, interviews, start date delays, emails, Whatsapp text exchanges...to finally get notified that the role has been cancelled or some shady explanation. It's obviously a platform that uses freelancers to collect their data, get them to evaluate their systems or "tests" for free. LEGAL ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THESE SCAMMERS.

This company generates fake RLHF data. All the training is done by asking ChatGPT.

No offers aligned with your skills, really spammy and all the offers have a low paycheck and the interview process foreach job is really long.

Very spammy with a lot of messages send through email and whatsaap.

I made the mistake of signing up to their website as a developer in Europe. I quickly lost interest, as all their jobs require working until 3AM in the morning in my local timezone, which doesn't align with my dream job expectations.

Once you subscribe as a developer, there is no way to unsubscribe. When I click "unsubscribe", I get "You have paused all Turing emails for 1 month". Same with WhatsApp. If they get your number, you can only "snooze" their messages for up to 6 months. Reminds me of my ex.

Avoid giving your real contact details unless you somehow enjoy this type of attention.

This is a legitimate scam

Had completed interviews, got selected and settled for a very less pay. The HR guy lowballed me to a very low number than I am currently getting paid in India. Still agreed to their requirements and confirmed. Now been ghosted since 2 weeks. Tried calling them, no response. These unruly, unprofessional maggots don't deserve to host such platforms luring people and wasting their time.

First they dont consider your requirements in the application. They still setup interviews. Then they lowball you, exploit you and ghost you forever. I guess they want cheap labour and outright low ball people to a very low pay. Scammers need to be banned from offering jobs.

Am I compensated well? Yes, compared to local standards in my country, and for that I'm grateful to Turing. (The pay is still very low compared to international standards). But, otherwise I am miserable. There is a requirement to account for every minute means that logging eight hours of work often requires 12-13 hours of screen time. There is considerable micromanagement, and frequent policy changes by management often disregard employee well-being. Additionally, layoffs are attributed to performance issues, which feels unfair.
