This is a fraudulent company run by habitual liars. We ordered our doors — PAID IN FULL — in 2025, with a promised delivery date in January 2026. It’s now late June 2026 with no doors in sight, and the company owner (or manager), Jim, after trying to reach him for 4 months and finally reaching him, only barked “don’t call back,” and hung up on us
For months we were told the doors were on a shipping container on a boat in the Pacific, then later that the doors were held up at the Port of Los Angeles customs. These were all lies. We recently were finally able to get a young employee on the phone who actually looked up our order and acknowledged our doors were still in China at the factory — HALF A YEAR AFTER BEING TOLD THEY HAD SHIPPED.
