What great gear for a home gym. Love it.

I bought this. Immediately, the slide would grind against the rails every rep, because the rails were not machined correctly. I was well within the 30 days, but when I contacted the company, they would not offer a replacement or refund. They told me to spray it with WD40. This would not straighten the rails, of course. Also, the mounting points on the rails are plastic; they should be metal. My top mount broke within weeks of purchase. This would be a decent product for $200 at Walmart, but it is not worth the price and it is not a quality machine. This should have been replaced immediately, or I should have been provided a full refund.

I received the machine quickly and it was easy to set up. I've only had the machine for about a week. The tension is great, the footprint is very low. The learning curve will be a bit long, since the videos so far haven't been too helpful. I recommend playing around with it to explore all its possibilities, because there are a lot. I'm doing resistance and pilates exercises with it, and so far, this has been a pretty good tower alternative. Here are my observations/recommendations: 1) If your door jam has molding, the bracket may not fit. 2) When attaching it to the wall, screw in a 1x4 backing to the stud first to evenly distribute force and avoid cracking on the drywall. 3) Don't adjust the machine unless the tension is fully reduced. 4) The lift bar is an extra accessory, but for my purposes, it's worth the cost.

Perfect for my space. I ordered another set of brackets so I can take it to the cabin. Great construction. Easy to change the resistance.

Everything about this company is top notch! Service, follow-up, and product quality is above and beyond what I expected, especially at this price point. Don’t even hesitate if you plan on building a quality home gym.

So far am loving it! The instructions were super easy when you follow the qr code. Paper ones were not the greatest. Super fast to put up and quite easy

I love that it has this sleek design and finishing, and that I could assemble it in just a few minutes. it is incredibly lightweight yet sturdy and you add the resistance bands with one hand! Another nice detail is how the parts came carefully packed and secured inside the boxes.

Simple and super versatile. I absolutely recommend it!

Great product, assembly and install super easy. Not having the APP available right now is a downfall. Only YouTube videos available. No tracking ability on progress.

1) Pre-sale customer support. I got to ask a BUNCH of questions enabling me to decide on what exactly to order. 2) The product itself. Although I found a small limitation at first but I figured out a easy workaround making this a great addition to my home gym. Thanks so much!

The lower attachment is great. There is no mention of the movable bottom mount for the elastics and when/how to use it. The part that grabs the rope for the top mount is leaving marks on the rope, so it might not be sustainable to use it a lot. A bit more instructions on how to use the system would go a long way.

After ordering, I received my TUT trainer in less than a week.
Trainer is simple to assemble and looks great on the wall. Benefit is that it takes up very little real-estate plus very affordable way to get a cable machine in the home.

Excellent customer service during ordering process and adding to order once submitted. Quality is impressive for the price. I love the various attachments and ability to target the full body. I regret not getting the rower upon initial order but will have to try and save for that next as many classes include this. The YouTube classes are very helpful from beginner to more advanced techniques and ability. My partner who uses a wheelchair loves the upper body workouts which can be easily modified for him to perform in his chair. Because it isn't bulky, I can mount it in my main room beside the TV which is more convenient than hiding it in the basement. Shipping was fast and unit was well packaged.
Better description of You Tube workouts and equipment used each class would be helpful. Would recommend!

Exactly what I was looking for. The perfect gym that fits in my small office and allows me to level up from home. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I genuinely enjoy training with the TUT Trainer. The movement feels smooth and controlled, it takes up very little space, and adjusting resistance is quick and intuitive, which makes it easy to stay in the flow of a workout.

If I had to point out one small limitation, it would be when using the power bar; adding resistance can feel slightly less convenient because of the extra pull on the rope. That said, this is a minor trade-off and doesn’t take away from the overall experience.

Overall, the versatility is outstanding; it allows for an almost endless range of exercises, it’s fun and fast to use, and it takes up a fraction of the space compared to traditional weight plates. For a home gym, it’s an excellent, well-designed solution
