The mats are a good product, however there are a couple of places around the edges of the mats where they don’t fit properly in our 2026 Subaru Crosstrek. Debris is getting through these gaps and defeating the object of fitting them. I messaged the company and asked if they could supply a few more clips which would enable a complete fit. The automated reply I received was that they don’t supply extra clips. Further messages to them have gone unanswered. Terrible customer service. I spent over $300 with them and they just don’t care!

I love my new tuxmats for my 2023 Tahoe! The fit is perfect. So much better than my other popular brand I had in my Grand Cherokee. Quality is perfect.the material is high quality. No hard plastic that curls up. Customer service great when my first order did not get delivered. They resent and arrived in 3 days. I would definitely recommend!

These mats are amazing. I had a small issue with one of the plastic pieces. Not only did they answer my problem fast they sent me a new mat with in couple of days . I’m over impressed with the quality and service . Thank you TuxMat

Great mats, great service. Unfortunately they did not fit my 2023 Tacoma Access Cab so I had to return them for another brand. Was so bummed!

Mats shipped on time and were delivered quickly . They fit the car perfectly. I believe they will provide good protection for the floors and the trunk . There are only a few points of concern . Living in Atlantic Canada we use a lot is salt in the winter and it all shows up on the floor mats . It’s doing its job but it does not look good , black mats and white salt . Water also pools up a bit on the drivers side . Since there are no grooves in the mats . the melted
snow just sits in a small puddle on the top of the mat. Again you can just wipe it off with an old towel .

The trunk mat fit perfectly but its surface is a bit slick and items can slide around on it . I had a fold up storage unit for wiper fluid a few tools and other items and it was sliding around a lot . So i just placed a rubber exercise band , the kind your physio would give under it and that seemed to solve the issue . Other than that they were as expected a tad expensive but the main purpose is to protect the carpets and the trunk mat. This I think they will do well . I worry that if the salt and snow that gets into the flooring it will over time contribute to the rusting of the floor .

The tuxmats definitely hold up to their reputation so far. Really good looking product that feels and looks so much higher quality that standard mats. I can’t comment on durability just yet as I’m a new owner but I’m coming from two vehicles where my Weathertechs curled up so I’m hoping the tux have better durability over the long run. Been through one snow storm already and protection and cleaning has been great. The toughest part is that taking the mats in/out of the vehicle is much more involved than standard mats. Besides that no downsides. Worth the extra cost

Was disappointed that I could not phone and speak to a rep. Email response was slow. Fast delivery. Product is good but salt seams to dry out on the fabric rim and is unsightly. It does clean off with hose. I would purchase again

Bought mats for my 2026 Nissan Armada 7 seat, and cargo cover for same to cover the cargo compartment and seat backs when the 2nd and 3rd row are down.
Floormat hold downs are wrong size so mats slide all over. Velcro hold downs are in the wrong spot to engage carpet on the back of the 2nd row seats, so those pads just fall off and get creased/ruined.
All of this would be solvable if anyone answered an email or picked up a phone. The website chatbot is useless. The phone number is a joke. It's an automated phone tree where every response tells you to go to the website. I have contacted the company via email. They responded one time weeks ago asking for some information and measurements...then crickets. I've sent dozens of emails and they just don't respond. To say it's a scam would be unfair. If the mats fit right, they're awesome. It's a shame that a company with a good product would just go under because they couldn't bring themselves to answer the phone after the sale.
Spend less money somewhere else. Probably a great deal if you live down the street from where they're made and can put a face in front of you. Short of that you are on your own if you have a problem.

Update: After weeks of no response, the day I wrote this review someone from Tuxmat contacted me saying that they had sent the right floormats and that I just hadn't pushed on the snaps hard enough. By "push" they must mean use a hammer to beat the snaps until they just smash together. Just amazing. Weeks of dealing with this and their response is that the problem was my fault. To be fair, I did check. You cannot push a 12.0mm post through a 10.0mm diameter hole. Despite the fact that that should be obvious and I sent them pictures of both the snaps in the floor and the holes in the mats, they maintain that they sent the right product. I will go to the Nissan dealer and get a post to send back with the mats. Let them try to push a 12mm post through a 10mm hole...idiots! May be a great product, but it gets lost in abysmal customer care and ignorant product support.

Can’t rate the mats, because six days after my placing an order, they haven’t shipped, despite the website promising that “orders placed before 4pm are shipped same day.”
No customer service to check status. Zero. Just a useless chatbot and a generic email that nobody responds to. Found a customer service phone number, and it’s just an endless VRM loop with no way to speak with a human. They obviously remove bad review from their website, because there are terrible reviews of their customer service to be found across the internet.

Don’t do it. Mats never shipped and there is no … i mean zero… customer service. Useless chatbot and a generic email to which nobody responds. Scam! Needing to resort to disputing vis credit card.

Mat was available earlier than expected. Looks and fits great.

I absolutely love the Tuxmat floor liners I purchased for my 2025 F-150. They fit perfectly and I love how there is very little carpet exposed. I also love the clips to lock the mats in place under the console and seat plastics. I highly recommend these.

Ordered first and second row mats for my car but only received first row mats. No way to contact them other than the email and THEY NEVER RESPOND TO THEIR EMAILS. Sent 3 emails since i received the mats stating that i’m missing the second row ones no response until today. Scam company! Will definitely dispute through a bank. They used to be good one but not anymore, maybe business is struggling and started scamming their clients. So aware you might get scammed if you order lately

BUYER BEWARE! This company removes unfavourable reviews off Google, so I would not be surprised if many of the good reviews are paid.

I was a Tuxmat customer and own a set of their mats for my Toyota Sienna, but won't be again due to their shady business practice.

Tuxmat recently cancelled an order because they decided to not honour a promo code. According to their own order cancellation policy "Once an order is placed, it’s immediately processed. No changes can be made once it’s in fulfillment". Apparently this policy only applies when a customer wants to cancel, not Tuxmat. This obviously upset a large number of customers which resulted in negative reviews on Google. However, Tuxmat had all the negative reviews removed from public view, which is extremely dishonest.

From not honouring promo pricing, to lying about their fulfilment process to order cancelation by a customer more difficult, to deleting negative reviews, I would not recommend supporting this business with your hard-earned money.

I did quite a bit of research on different make of car mats and came across tuxMat and seen the look of them and decided to order them for the back/front of my new 2025 Hyundai elentra N Line. I ordered them on Friday and received them the next day. As soon as i open the box i could tell they were good quality and great looking. Easy and fast install and they fit perfectly on my car. I’ve had another brand on my other cars from 2015 and tuxMat does cover more area and not slippery. I’ll be writing a review after winter and see how they wear and clean up. Price was $70 less then the ones I have on other cars.

Bait and switch, plain and simple. They offered a coupon with a large discount just to get interest and contact info. After the order was placed, they canceled it and offered a much smaller discount as a "sorry." Avoid this shady business.

Ordered a set of mats using an active promo code. They ended up cancelling order saying it's not valid. Went to leave a Google review about the experience, they ended up hiding or deleting it. Just be careful with this company. There's no customer service. Won't ever try this company anymore.

I ordered mats on their website with a coupon. My credit card was billed. The next day they cancelled my order saying they could not honour the coupon. I left a Google review showing my dissatisfaction. I noticed there were four other reviews, saying similar things. Those reviews have now been all scrubbed, which leads me to question their actual review score. Seems like an untrustworthy company to me.

I paid for the mats 16 days ago, and as of 02-07-26 they never showed up. Mats are 'stuck' in FedEx system 25 minutes by car from me, for 10 days and after 10 minute call from a FedEx Claim Manager, she couldn’t do any thing about it. Emailed Tuxmat for HELP multiple times over 4 past business days, because they have ZERO phone support, and never heard back from Tuxmat. Only boilerplate AI auto generated email responses. Their website AI agent is absolutely the worst at providing genuine Human HELP. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE. Filed Dispute Chargeback with my Bank.
