Bed is huge and amazing!!
I love the mattress, we have both noticed we are not waking up in aches mains and tight /back of legs and back, to what I usually do which is a big positive☺️ speakers experience is mind blowing like being at the theatre soon as we finish for work we don’t want to sit downstairs anymore it’s pj and tv after dinner 😂😂. So overall amazing experience and thank you will definitely recommend you guys.

The drawer size on web was 120cm but actual one received is 30cm smaller. After checking, they said it was an internal error and agreed to offer a refund

Through an ongoing post-Christmas sale; a lack of available stock on my first choice model of bed; and a cheeky coupon code I'd found (which was supposed to have expired but hadn't) from this already very fairly priced business - meant that I got the absolutely gorgeous king size Eston TV bed for £895, including delivery. Having done my research, a similar product could easily set me back up to £2k from other (greedy) companies. And a £400-800 saving, as it was, from TV Bedstore. TV Bedstore Ltd really do seem to care about making their customers happy. I kept wondering what was the catch but there hasn't been one.

The communication was very impressive from the word go - with immediate replies from an actual human on their web chat system. It was all very prompt, attentive and courteous. Chris and the two customer service ladies were all great - from honouring said cheeky coupon to the friendly, helpful calls during the sale where I was offered upgrades (to superking or a different model) for the same price.. and then the friendly courtesy call after purchase from Chris who is a funny and cheerful guy.

I'd been dying for a TV bed for 4 years when I first noticed they had become slightly more affordable, but I always put it off as it's still a huge expense for me, which was always just out of reach. I absolutely love movies and I also love a tidy minimalist room with all this extra space that it's created. Honestly, probably the best purchase ever made.

The bed itself has lived up to every expectation.. it looks absolutely stunning and is extremely well built. The build instructions were excellent and very easy to follow. I managed to build all of it myself over a few patient hours (but you'll need a second person for some of the heavy lifting aspects).

Delivery was fast and it came in 5 boxes requiring two people to lift.

All in all, this was a truly wonderful company to deal with and I'm over the moon with my bed, it's just beautiful and so solid. Do not shop anywhere else for your TV bed!

Just ordered another mattress today. Have used this company for years, amazing service and delivery. Had 4 beds up to date in various models from King to double. All have been really great, sturdy and bonus of British made. One has survived my over active daughter and Dalmatian bouncing on it for the last 5 years and still like new. Have tried lots of mattresses since(some very expensive) but always end up back with theirs due to comfort. Thank you guys you are the best.

Bought a TV bed in December for my daughter. The quality is brilliant and it looks amazing.
It was delivered professionally and with care. My staircase is not the easiest to manoeuvre large goods around but they got all the parts up there with no trouble.
The bed itself it’s easy to use, the tv etc. and I couldn’t be happier. My daughter absolutely loves it.

Ordered bed and it arrived on day it was promised on. Delivery men put the 5 bed packages in room that I wanted. My new bedroom was not being fitted till a week later. Once new bedroom fitted I started building the bed, found that the piston assemblies for the Ottoman part of the bed was missing. Sent e mail to Stewart at TVBedstore ltd, he replied quickly and I explained the problem. This was just before Christmas on Friday 22nd December. I built the bed in the meantime. Parts arrived between Christmas and New Year, very good prompt service from the everyone, considering this busy time of year.
Bed is of very good quality and I am very pleased with it.
I would not hesitate to buy a bed from this company, great service and was kept informed every step of the way on what was happening.
Prices are very good and any problems are quickly dealt with.

From the first contact before even picking the goods the service was already outstanding. With such a welcoming and personal service Chris made the purchase so easy and clear. Very knowledgeable with such a great personality made the experience so easy. Many calls and emails to make everything clear and a great experience every step of the way. Stewart and Chris did everything to make sure the goods were delivered quickly and when agreed. With people like this working hard to look after their customers has made me recommend them without any doubts.

They have the best prices I found online with 2 years warranty. Thr bed was delivered on time. The seller had clear communication via phone or email and they were quite responsive which I appreciate.

Service was easy and simple.
My partner previously ordered a pillow which made it harder getting out of bed... So I obviously had to get one. Delivery through Dpd wasn't great but nothing to do with the quality of the product.

Great company to deal with very knowledgeable and gave great advice, Went to buy one and ended up buying a second, The quality of these beds are amazing, I got a lot more for my money than I expected and customer service was great , I would highly recommend buying from this company

Took a bit of a gamble buying a bed, tv and mattress bundle online from a company I have not heard of, but, it all paid off! Delivered within a short space of time to the room I needed it in. Built it myself, and I am so pleased with it! Mattress is comfortable and I highly recommend the company!

Very good service from Chris and Stewart. The bed is a very good quality, and they delivered this very quickly(within a week)they assembled it too! We had to put the bed in a loft conversion with some tricky stairs that they needed to get the bed up! Everything was completed and safely, with nothing being too much effort. Their original driver had an accident but this did not stop them from delivering the product on time. Even any queries from start to finish was dealt with effortlessly. I highly recommend TV bedstore 😁

This company is outstanding. Communication was brilliant. Delivery was brilliant. No delays, unlike a lot of bigger companies. Had a phone call a few months later to see how I got on. Unfortunately, at the time, I didn't have it set up due to not being able to move in at that time. They said to let them know once I had moved in and had any problems with the bed.

I moved in yesterday and set my bed up. So, 7 months down the line. One of my cables was missing to connect the speakers and USB charging point (actually embeded into the bed), so I contacted them and had no problem in sending out the cables straight away. Mo hesitation. Amazing.

Do not hesitate to place an order with this company. The customer service is second to non. They helped with delivery times & queries, quickly and efficiently. There is a lot to be said about a company where you can call a number and get through to an actual person first time - and they were super friendly and helpful to boot!

We bought Monaco Bundle Deal, super king size and Oatmeal in colour - we opted for this over another known brand (Titan) as it was more reasonable in price and they assured me the quality was comparable. We even revived a 10% discount on the advertised price! As they also give a 2 year guarantee, I was more than happy to buy this one.

Fast forward and now that bed is up. Absolutely amazing quality, beautiful colour and so, so comfy. The sound quality is faultless and the technical element of the bed is easy to use. The USB points on each side are super handy for charging your phone. I was worried about the mattress as we have an Emma which was quite expensive, but the one supplied in the bundle is just as good if not more comfortable. The TV is great (a Samsung 4k). Really easy to set up. The bed is easy to build - the instructions are really clear. I honestly can’t fault the bundle at all. I really really appreciated the customer service especially. I feel like this element of a purchase is often lost these day, but TV beds stores really do seem to care about your experience after money has changed hands.

The Chris who handled our purchase was absolutely amazing. As were the rest of the team who we spoke to when we had a couple of queries. They even called a few days after delivery to check all was ok and reminded us to call if we encountered any issues. All in all can’t fault anything about the company.
