You were a customer for around two years, and we were always happy to assist you when you contacted us with genuine service-related questions. However, over a period of several days, we received repeated messages, repeated requests for free trials, and multiple inappropriate and insulting messages directed at our support team.

We tried to remain professional and assist you, but the repeated behaviour continued. Once your subscription had ended, we made the decision that we could no longer provide the service going forward.

We respect that customers can have complaints or ask for more information, and we are always open to legitimate feedback. However, we also have to maintain a respectful environment for our support team and cannot continue providing service when communication repeatedly becomes abusive.

2 years and very happy

I have used this service for 2 years, having tried many inferior pretenders none match the quality of product or the speed of the response to any minor niggles that rarely pop up.
For instance today I couldn't connect my smart TV to the player I was using.
The support team had me up and running again in less than 5 minutes.
The quality and pricing are beyond brilliant.

Excellent viewing experience

They have excellent customer service and are always happy to help you out if something goes wrong. The actual service runs very well and it's very rare to find anything wrong with what you are watching. The picture and sound quality is first class and I would recommend them to anyone

All runs smoothly any issues they correct it straight away
Mine deosnt buffer etc etc
Iv tried alot and these are the best iv used

I have been using TV Crown for 4 years…

I have been using TV Crown for 4 years and never have a problem. Customer service representatives are quick to respond. I have ordered subscriptions for alot of my friends and family and will continue to recommend them.

2nd subscription to date and cannot…

2nd subscription with TVCROWN to date and cannot fault it, excellent picture and sound clarity, no drop out or buffering.these guys are there to help any time and get back to you very quickly should you need help.
