I placed my order and was looking for a code and the virtual agent Rio appeared to help me find a code. I completed my order then realized that I forgot to add an item. Rio helped me to combine my order and also gave me a further discount with the protection plan which covered my previous order that I just placed and the current order. She was very efficient and patient. She made my shopping experience very smooth and hassle free. If the delivery and communication to come is as easy, professional and effortless as the ordering process I will be elated.

Very disappointed with my experience regarding TV stands Outlet. I was told that everything was in stock and my wife was very happy. Couple days later they come back and tell me that one of the items is not in stock and makes me look like an idiot telling my wife now that we won't be getting this furniture. Never again. Steer clear

The estimated delivery time mentioned a 3-5 week window.....and clearly we are wayyyy past that now. I have to reach out to my customer service manager Gary
regularly, because I don't receive any status updates or follow ups otherwise. Do yourself a favor and DON'T order anything from this company!
