TVT Expert (tvt.expert) — Lifetime license sold, then revoked
I purchased the Forever package ($1,288) — a lifetime license confirmed in writing by TVT Support. One year later I received a "reform" notice: Forever licenses replaced with 3-year access, coaching cancelled, prices +30%.
All payments were directed by TVT Support via Telegram to the personal Privatbank card of Sviatun Taras (bypassing the official business account and cash register). This is illegal commercial activity under Ukrainian law.
In personal communication, Taras Sviatun manipulated, appealed to sympathy, acknowledged the illegality of his decision — but justified it with some kind of "energy practices."
Here is the most telling detail: a person who positions himself as a successful trader and teaches others risk management — admitted in writing that he failed to calculate risks. The real reason for cancelling Life licenses is obvious: unlimited access without recurring payments is a death sentence for a subscription business. Not a crisis, not war, not inflation — simply a business model that turned out to be unprofitable for the seller. Clients were made to pay for this miscalculation.
TVT Support confirmed in writing: "The Life license was a mistake, we are forced to cancel it" and "Yes, we miscalculated the risks."
The company unilaterally violated its own Public Offer Agreement — changing essential terms of already paid contracts without client consent. After the conflict began, the Public Offer was deleted from the website.
Simultaneously, TVT added Bank of Georgia (Georgia) banking details — moving payment operations outside Ukrainian legal jurisdiction to avoid accountability.
A formal pre-litigation demand (June 12, 2026, deadline June 15) was completely ignored.

Оплатил пакет Forever ($1288) — лицензия без срока действия, подтверждена письменно саппортом. Через год получил письмо о «реформе»: Forever заменяется на 3 года, обучение отменяется, цены +30%.
Все платежи принимались на личную карту Приватбанка физлица Святун Тарас в обход официального РРО — по прямой инструкции TVT Support в Telegram.
В личном общении Тарас Святун манипулировал, давил на жалость, признавал незаконность своего решения — но оправдывал его какими-то энергетическими практиками.
Показательно: человек который позиционирует себя как успешного трейдера и учит других управлению рисками — письменно признался в неумении просчитывать риски. Причина отмены Life лицензий очевидна: бессрочный доступ без повторных платежей — это смерть для subscription-бизнеса. Не кризис, не война, не инфляция — просто бизнес-модель которую продавали клиентам оказалась невыгодной для самого продавца. Расплачиваться за этот просчёт заставили клиентов.
Саппорт зафиксировал письменно: «Life лицензия — это ошибка, мы вынуждены её отменить» и «мы не просчитали риски».
Компания в одностороннем порядке нарушила условия собственной публичной оферты — изменила существенные условия уже оплаченных договоров без согласия клиентов. После начала конфликта оферта была удалена с сайта.
Одновременно TVT добавил реквизиты Bank of Georgia (Грузия) — вывод операций из украинской юрисдикции чтобы избежать правовых последствий.
Досудебная претензия от 12 июня 2026 проигнорирована полностью.
