Easy to deal with, good communication, very good quality products and installation work was equally excellent and of a high standard, arrived on time and listened and fixed any problem raised. We encountered an issue with the new door but this was resolved quickly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the result. Would thoroughly recommend.

The whole process from Luke coming round to discuss the window spec, through to the window fitting went very smoothly and I was kept informed of everything, every step of the way. The fitters were friendly, punctual, maintained attention to detail, were tidy, hard working and did a very professional job fitting 3 new windows for me.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Really competitive pricing against the well known names and service which was streets ahead too. There is no hard sell and pushy salesmen with their foot in the door, or poorly trained canvassing phonecalls where they can't seem to navigate a calendar. Professionalism throughout and top of the list for our recommendations so far in our renovation. The windows themselves are top quality which meet all British standards, we even had the British standards arrive on site to check the quality of installation and products. They have transformed the front of our house from dark and dated, to a fresh and rejuvenated house which we are excited to see finished. There was a hiccup from the manufacturer where one of the windows was made too small but this was swiftly rectified and we hardly knew there was an issue.

Kept well informed of what was happening. Punctual on the day and the men were very obliging. Astonished no making good had to be made and no tiles damaged. 2 windows fitted in 2 hours.

Great experience from start to finish. Luke was incredibly patient with us in the initial stages and helped us to get exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure on us or any forceful sales tactics like you get with the “bigger” companies. They are a long established company and we have always found them to be reliable, trustworthy and competent, not something that can be said of everyone in this sector. We have used them again to replace our outdated rosewood UPVC windows and sliding doors with contemporary aluminium ones. The actual fitting went very smoothly. The two man team was effective, courteous and tidy. They did a very good job.
The design stage was more stressful as the specifications we were expected to agree to were not always accurate and were then superseded at the survey stage.

Very happy with the product and Jason and Jude were a great team as our fitters - polite, professional and hard working. A pleasure to have around.
