My favourite shop.
As always impeccable service both in store and on-line. My favourite clothes shop. The store staff are very patient and provide honest feedback. There is no pressure to purchase if it does not suit or is too tight!

Team Twenty ladies are always friendly,helpful and welcoming.
I purchased a fabulous Arch 4 knit on-line and it was presented to me beautifully gift wrapped and in a gorgeous Twenty bag when I popped in to collect it.
The team Twenty ladies really couldn't be friendlier, more welcoming and helpful. The shop is always full of wonderful pieces, and my shopping experiences always a joy!

Needs some attention
For a beautiful place like Petworth this shop unfortunately lets it down, poor demeanour of staff, stalking sales style (not the sales assistants fault) on the positive beautiful pieces but the ‘energy’ or the atmosphere in the shop is utterly dreadful.

Such a perfect service
Such a perfect service. Ordered a dress online late Thursday morning and it was delivered mid-morning on Friday, beautifully packed with simple instructions. Unfortunately the dress didn’t fit and I sent it back on Saturday via Royal Mail on a signed receipt of delivery basis and on Monday morning I had received an email from Twenty to say my credit card had been refunded. Brilliant service and wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.
