After multiple years with Twiddy, I can honestly say that they have always been professional, efficient, and pleasant to deal with.

We have had excellent service from Twiddy for the past two years, and have booked again for this year. They are very helpful and addressed any small issues that came up immediately. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Outer Banks area.

We have rented with Twiddy on the Outer Banks for many years. Their service is excellent in every way. Is there was a problem, their response was immediate and quickly resolved.

Been going to the same Carova Beach home for years, renting through Twiddy, and have always enjoyed our stay. If we ever had any problems with the home, Twiddy has worked with us to ensure our satisfaction. Whenever I had concerns with hurricanes, condition of home, etc., they have taken the time to make sure my questions were answered and issues resolved to the best of their ability.

We have been renting through Twiddy for a million years. Office staff is always professional and thorough before we get there and extremely prompt with any issues that arise while we are there. They are always sensitive to our needs.

Reservation process & check-in process very efficient. Loved the house, it was clean & well equipped. Only reason there are 4 stars is because we reported a broken door handle that couldn't be locked immediately when entering the property & although we received a reply thanking us for the report, it was not fixed during our stay & we felt very uncomfortable leaving the property unlocked when we left.
Appreciate that we could put a hold on the house for this year & we will be returning. Hopefully, the door handle/lock is operative.

We’ve used Twiddy as our beach rental go-to for many years. Twiddy’s attention to detail about the reservations, follow-up and full service provide a sense of comfort to the rental experience. Responses to calls are handled quickly...electrical, HVAC, after-hours lockout, cleaning...we’ve experienced these and more over the years. Twiddy has always been quick to respond and resolve the problems,
Their standard for furnishings in each rental property has always ensured that what we need for a relaxing vacation is in that house and in good working order.
The only issue that has raised concern in the last couple years is the quality of the cleaning between rentals....crumbs on counter tops, dirt on floors, and most recently, the toilets had very definitely not been cleaned. A call to the office results in dispatch of a cleaning crew. However, on check-in day, when we’re moving our stuff in, making dinner, etc, the cleaner arrives at the most inconvenient time. They do arrive, but we shouldn’t be moving into a poorly- or un-cleaned house in the first place.

People are nice. If you have a problem they take care of it ASAP.

We loved the location of the house but there were a few things that need to be fixed. We called the service number twice and went to the Twiddy office to report what needed to be repaired but no one showed up to fix anything. Hopefully things will be fixed this summer when we return. Our family had a great time in spite of the needed repairs.

I have dealt with Twiddy for at least 15 years and vacationed 2 and 3 times a year. I have never had any problems with the reservation process or checking in or out. Occasionally a problem would arise with a rental and it was solved the same day. I rightly recommend this agency.

We have been dealing with Twiddy for several years now, after several not-so-great experiences with other rental companies in the Outer Banks. Every time we have dealt with them, their representatives are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We did have a few issues with the their recognition of our request to heat the pool, but it was always resolved in a timely manner. I'm not sure if this is within Twiddy's realm, but the houses we have rented have always been clean upon arrival, well equipped, and well represented on the website. We have not had too many experiences with their maintenance team (which is a good thing!), but every experience has been efficient and timely.

We have always received excellent service from Twiddy. We will always rent through them as long as we come to the OBX. Only suggestion for Ten Down on the 4x4 rental is they need more things to cook with. ie....pot holders, hot pads and utensils. Beautiful place but hard to cook with such a limited supply of utensils. Other than that it was fabulous. Coming back in May 2020 to a different home. Cannot wait. Keep up the good work Twiddy and staff.
