Good overall but limited accessibility when lifts not working. Staff were very helpful and kind trying to accommodate where possible, thank you.

Would have loved to try the other activities but they were under repair.

Took my kids to climbing and indoor surfing, they had a blast. Twinwoods kindly honoured vouchers that were issued pre covid, my two had given up hope of going there. But so glad I finally got to take them. The indoor surfing especially is a huge amount of fun. The instructor is amazing, everyone had smiles on their faces, and he catered really well for all age groups and abilities. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent family experience at Twinwoods and can’t thank the team enough for being friendly and fun while keeping us safe during the surfing, climbing and vertical drop. Our kids (6 & 9) keep raving about the fun and each of your instructors made them feel special, adding massively to the experience. We’ll be back!

My daughter had a great time with her indoor sky dive, only issue we had was the week previous we booked for was cancelled due to the wind tunnel not working, but rebooked with no bother and had an amazing time

We had 3 boys that took part in the sky diving, rock climbing and surfing and it was a thrilling experience on all accounts. A date never to be forgotten!

Great fun on the wave. Kids enjoyed it and cant wait to go back! Staff are very polite and professional. 5☆

Was a great experience however with groups of 6 wave time was massively reduced within 30min sesssion,

We did indoor climbing, surfing and vertigo jump. All great fun looked after by friendly knowledgeable staff, highly recommend a visit 5 star all day.

Did indoor climbing and had a great time! Mostly thanks to our fab instructor, Aaron. Totally the right balance of professionalism and fun/silliness - couldn’t fault him. Thanks for the pics too, great memories of a fun afternoon.

Great staff, really friendly and helpful. Took my two daughters aged 6 and they loved it, highly recommended.

Was really looking forward as part of our stay in the area to do some indoor skydiving and booked for 6. The session was cancelled by them due to a fault with less then 24 hours notice. A refund has been refused despite the fact it was them who cancelled on us. We live hundreds of miles away with no possibility of rebooking. Who has ever heard of a refund being refused when it was the company at fault. Appallingly slow communication to date and will NEVER use or recommend to anyone. Disgusting business practice!

Was supposed to go for a tour for the £3.99 a month deal, received a text the evening before asking if I was attending or needed to rearrange, I wasn't feeling too well so clicked rearrange as decided with covid going around, I shouldn't risk it. Never got a text back, emailed them twice since to ask what is happening, still no reply, this was almost 2 weeks ago now. Awful communication. The worst bit is, I'm sure they will manage to reply to this!

My friends and I came up from London to celebrate my 25th birthday and we had the BEST time! The staff were so accommodating, friendly and patient 😅. Thank you to Amy and to everyone who made this birthday one of my favourites ever :) a lot of people who watched our stories are wanting to go for a visit too - and i highly recommend this !!

Our 2nd visit to the flo rider and the kids (13 and 15) loved it again. Fairly expensive for the time.... We paid £39.99 for Half an hour per person but its a unique experience.
Would recommend if the budget allows

Brilliant time at Twinwoods. Our daughter have a Florider lesson and thoroughly enjoyed it. Instructor was brilliant. We had food whilst we worked her. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent experience for children. Instructors excellent. Good all round experience
