Service was excellent and the packaging…
Service was excellent and the packaging and teabags look great. But as soon as I opened the caddy Brewdolph smelt really like marzipan which I wasn’t expecting. I had to look on the website as I thought I had been given Christmas cake tea instead. I know the description for Brewdolph says half tea, half christmas cake but the ingredients didn’t indicate any hint of marzipan. Pleasant enough but expected more orange/ clove flavour.

The refresher green tea is lovely
The refresher green tea is lovely, delivery took quite a while and was a little disappointed I didn’t receive my sample tea but I will definitely be ordering this tea again.

Really good selection of teas
Really good selection of teas, arrived quickly and would make a great gift. My favourite has to be the Brewdolph Christmas tea but my overall favourite is the Passionfruit and Rose

Fabulous teas
All of the teas from twist are amazing. I absolutely love sexymothercuppa, it came as a free sample with my second order and I am hooked on the flavour. Ordering is simple and delivery is quick and efficient. Some ladies like wine, my guilty pleasures are Twist teas. Mint chocolate chip and Raspberry choc kiss are divine. I'm looking forward to discovering new flavours.

Twist Teas is exemplary
Twist Teas is a company that other U.K. businesses should try to emulate. A quality, innovative product is just one aspect - an essential one of course, as this is the only peppermint and camomile teas that my wife will now drink! But the other ‘little things’ are worthy of praise too: the personalised hand-written card from the team thanking me for my order; the mobile phone numbers of the founders should I want to raise any issues with them; the genuinely friendly, good-humoured member of staff who answered my phone call and helped me to amend an existing online order to take advantage of a seasonal promotion before it was shipped; the delivery logistics that kept me advised of where my package was, as well as the physical packaging that ensured my tea package arrived looking like a gift. Tea drinking is a daily aspect of our day, but Twist Teas makes it feel that bit more special, perhaps as it was always intended to be.
I wish Twist Teas great success as this is precisely the kind of company that deserves to excel in a crowded market, and where, in my opinion, the premium price is totally justified. An exemplary U.K. business to support.
