So Happy!

I needed a white dress for a 21st Birthday so I started looking online! I found the most gorgeous dress on the Twosisters website. I ordered the Alexia dress in white and it was on sale!!! The dress arrived really quickly and it is even better than I could’ve imagined! The sizing chart on the website was accurate and it fits perfectly, the fabric is just gorgeous, and I cannot fault this dress at all! Definitely the best dress I own now, I could not be happier and can’t wait to order more gorgeous clothing from this company

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Please do not buy from them!

I placed an order of 4 dresses which I never received. I had the tracking number and was tracking it regularly but it stayed in the same place for over a week and when I initially tried to contact Australia post about it they told me there could be say delays and to wait an additional five days. As I waited the additional five days, I also sent an email to two sisters the label and asked them about the order and got no reply. Australia post later confirmed that the company had been in contact and agreed the package was lost in transit, I was directed to contact them directly for compensation, I’ve tried emailing, calling them directly, using the chat function on the website, messaging them on Instagram, and I still have had no reply to any of my messages, despite paying the route insurance, they obviously have no intentions on rectifying this.

Might I add that I ordered these dresses 2 months in advance for a wedding I had to attend, spent a fair bit of money considering their dresses aren’t cheap, and still have gotten nothing from it. I’m a pretty patient person and I understand things happen, but the fact that they have seen my emails, contacted Australia post about it but are refusing to reply to me is extremely stressful and frustrating.

I can see that Nicole is currently responding to you on email as we speak. Your first email was on a Saturday and we do take 24 to 48 working hours to respond. Your email is being responded to on the following Tuesday AM. Yes we have read your email and contact Australia Post, we also just got a response from them late yesterday. We do apologise for parcels lost in transit and with Route insurance you are fully covered which we will assist you with in getting a refund.

Not worth it.

Generally poor fabric and fit for the price you're paying. I've ordered a total of 4 items from them, none of which look as they do on the website, and very tight in some areas while loose on others.
Not even going to attempt a return, as they only give store credit and I can't imagine wanting to buy anything from them again.

We list all measurements on the website even the length of each dress so customers can measure themselves to avoid disappointment. We totally understand that it's tricky to shop online, as everyone comes in different shapes and sizes. We try to provide as much description and videos as we can to help! We offer refunds if we provide any inaccurate measurements or description. Please email our customer care team at sales@twosistersthelabel.com with images of any wrong description. In regards to fabric quality, if it is ripping apart or any issues with the quality that affects the function of the dress. We will gladly assist you :)

No future purchases...

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to share my experience. I’m all up for supporting local small businesses & I’ve always admired TSTL’s dresses so when a sale came up & there was my size in a design I liked, I purchased it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it didn’t quite suit me so I returned them. I was fully aware of the refund policy & receiving store credit but after about 3 months of constantly checking their website for something to get with my credit and not finding anything, I thought I’d reach out & try my luck at getting my money back. After explaining that I haven’t found anything I liked & how I’ve had a challenging year so the money would help me out during a difficult time, I was still knocked back. I understand their policy but it’s a bit harsh to keep holding onto money when the customer isn’t able to find anything they like, after checking the website daily. Eventually when I do use my credit (who knows when that will be TBH as credit never expires), I won’t be returning to make any further purchases from this store.

Can't recommend this website

Can't recommend this website, the quality of the fabric is around a 7/10 but the fit is only if you're a size 6. Didn't like the fit and they only offer store credit which I'm not interested in using after looking at their garments up close. Unfortunately the one other item I may be interested in is more expensive than what I initially spent so I'm not interested in purchasing or I'm going to end up in the same boat with more store credit ill never use.

AVOID! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ordered a white dress which was meant to be for my wedding which got cancelled amidst covid-19 restrictions. My order hadn't been shipped so I contacted Twosisters asap via chat, email, to cancel my order to no answer. Finally got a response via email more 5 days later saying "we apologise as we're unable to cancel your order as we try to ship asap". Five days later? OK.
Sure, it is what is unfortunately.

However, here I am a few months later trying to use my $140 credit during the black friday sale, only to find out 1) I can't use my credit during a promo (I don't see the difference between my money being used towards a promo or not?) and 2) No free shipping either even if the order is $100+ even though $50 spend for free shipping is the usual offer

I am absolutely appalled by the (lack) of customer service provided by this company. I've never come across a retailer with such ridiculous rules when it comes to trying to use your own money (i.e. credit) to purchase something from their store.

Avoid shopping from this store to avoid the headache when trying to use your credit note.

Regarding your store credit, you should be able to use it with the promo. Can you confirm if you receive your store credit via a gift card ? We changed our system a few months ago as previously our website wouldn't facilitate credit and a promo code together.

Don’t shop here!!

Received a dress from this store which was sadly to big so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. Customer service made it sound like if I wasn’t able to then I could have a refund.
The smaller size is now out of stock and they won’t order me in a new one and are refusing to give me a refund!
This store is a disgrace!!

We understand sizing can be tricky when shopping online and whilst we do our best to provide an accurate size guide, product descriptions and a live chat, we understand not every item purchased will be the perfect fit. For this reason all returns are issued a store credit which can then be used to purchase an alternate size or style with us. Unfortunately if a style is unavailable in a certain size, we are unable to provide a refund for this reason. If customers find that their garment does not match what is stipulated on our size guide, we of course are willing to grant a refund as we do not wish to mislead our customers. Additionally, we do our best to make our returns policy as transparent as possible and in order to do so require all customers to manually tick that they agree to these terms and conditions before completing a purchase with us. This is an effort to ensure that all our customers are making their purchase with full awareness of our return policy. We understand that you are currently in correspondence with our customer service team via email as well, so if you have any further questions, they will be more then happy to assist you!

Beautiful dress

I received the dress that has minor fault, I reached out to them (thank you Nicole and Natalie!) and sent the faulty dress back. The following day, I got the replacement dress! Very happy with the service. The dress is lovely and really flattering on the body.

I felt amazingly glamorous!!!!

I felt amazingly glamorous and absolutely loved my dress!!!
Size was perfect and took the advice from recommendations from the reviews to go down a size if your in between sizes as the fabric has stretch to it.
This dress does not disappoint 👌🏽

Worst customer service!

Ordered two dresses from here that are significantly smaller than their measurements state on the website. Sent an email and they tell me they will get back to me after measuring the products... over a week and two emails from me later still nothing. I’m outside of the store credit period now so no doubt they will spin something in order to get away with not giving a refund at all. Quality is beautiful but definitely size up. Not happy at all with how customer service has handled this though.

At the moment I am trying to cancel an order for a dress BEFORE it ships.Tried calling customer service numbers and they are all restricted. I emailed and am anxiously waiting on them to reply BEFORE my order ships because guess what!? They only do store credits.....

Sorry to hear this, we checked back and the time you called from the US is our time in the wee mornings in Australia. Hence, there was no one on the line to pick up. We process orders very quickly to rush the cut off time for all customers, especially with current situation, we do not want further delays in shipping. We advise customers to please choose carefully prior to ordering as it is listed clearly in our policy that cancelling an order will be considered change of mind and only be issued a store credit.

So far not good

So far not good.
I paid for express delivery on Friday and it’s now 5pm Monday evening and I’m just being told they are PREPARING my order, I was expecting it today or tomorrow. Really not good enough, not for express delivery. They’ve charged me premium price for a regular service and for a $150 dress, that pisses me off.

Edit due to reply: at the time of writing this it had not been dispatched as I also got a dispatched email an hour later. Outside of business hours. I don’t expect them to work weekends but I do expect an express delivery to be posted Monday morning. NOT after business hours Monday evening.

I have checked your order and it has been dispatched, please note that your order was placed Friday night and unfortunately we do not operate on weekends. We have processed Monday morning and sent out Monday afternoon. We do list our shipping times on our website to avoid any disappointment. It takes time for us to update all shipping info as we have multiple orders to fulfill. We appreciate your patience.

Edit: Hi Charli! It was processed in the morning and picked up in the afternoon, that's when our drivers come and pick them up. We need to rush every customers order In the morning and afternoon, hence you only receive a notification of an update after hours. Our team work really hard to ensure all orders are out on time and only once that is done, they start updating all the trackings and that is when you received a dispatch email. We hope you understand that there is processes in place and we need to treat all customers fairly and ensure they are all out before the cut off time.

2 out of 3 dresses are nothing like …

2 out of 3 dresses are nothing like what the model was wearing.. one dress labelled as an 8 was more like a 12..hanging off me, was told I'd get a store credit after i sent them back.. well i dont want a store credit for half price items.. that means i can only get one full priced dress instead of 3 on sale.. and i have to post it back in this covid mess.. dresses are sitting in ny cupboard, ill try flog em off cheap.. saddest purchase ever. Thought this was a good company.. 💔

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered 5x dresses for my bridesmaids and have received nothing except disgraceful dresses and probably the worst customer service ever.

The dresses were not as stipulated on the website, colour was different, terrible fabric, the sizing was wrong and the finishing of the dresses was atrocious.

I received a call from the ‘marketing manager’ to state they would get their legal team onto me for stating my opinion on the quality, or lack of quality on their products!

They’re now refusing me a refund but have since agreed to ‘review’ the dresses and sounds like they may only offer a store credit, if anything. They have a chance to rectify this situation when they review the products but assuming it’ll be a ‘store credit’.

Once again we apologise that you were not satisfied with your purchase. We are trying to assist you as much as possible by offering you a solution. If the dress measurements are incorrect as you have stated in your conversation with us, we will definitely issue a refund. We have taken images of the measurement and it seems to be consistent with the information on our website. Hence, we have asked for you to measure the one you have received and let us know if there is a difference.

Colour difference varies from different monitor screen and phone screen. We try to display them as accurate as possible. We also have customers leaving review on the product page with images. Happy for you to do so too :)

In terms of quality, we understand that is very subjective. We would like to know if the product was non functional (broken zipper after one wear, seam unraveling etc) ? We have customers saying it is great and some saying it is not, hence we need to know more on where we can improve.

Legal team will not be involved unless reviews that are publicly posted are untrue or misleading.

We do issue refunds if we have provided any wrong information from our end or a product is faulty (non functional), and store credit for change of minds. If the dress you received have wrong measurements, please definitely send through image measurements (like how we have provided you) and I will strictly look into this with my team.

I do not recommend buying from Twosisters....

I just received my ordered dress. It was my second attempt at buying a dress with TwoSisters as the first did not fit. Had that returned and used my credit to buy the second dress that did not fit well either. And it was alot shorter than what I expected, and I'm petite!. For those that do not know already this company refuses to provide full refunds and will only provide you with a credit so you are stuck and obligated to buy another garment with them, even if you don't want to which I didn't.
So why don't I just return the dress? I paid to have my first returned. Had to pay delivery for this dress as they refuse to allow free delivery if you are using credit to make the purchase. But than don't allow you to use your outstanding credit to pay for delivery!! . So to avoid paying again to have the dress returned and paying again to have a new dress delivered I will keep this dress that doesn't fit well , that I will probably never wear and cut my loses with Two sisters the label. I honestly just don't want to spend further money on them. So far its been an expensive mistake.

Also I did not find the quality of the dress to be all that good . And what had me really angry is the dress was completely wrinkled and unwearable. For the price that I paid for the dress they could have at least steamed it!!!

From now on I'll stick to The Iconic were online shopping is more customer friendly
