Cannot fault Tyneautos. Easy to deal with from start to finish. The two lads came on the date and time agreed both absolute gents, happy and pleasant to work with. Price giving in first email payed to my bank and notification from dvla of transfer of vehicle in my inbox within minutes. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Received the quote via email. Got back in touch and the guy collected it ( lovely fella) within a couple of hours. I received payment within 5 minutes of the car being loaded up onto the recovery truck.

The process was so easy from start to finish. The gentleman who came to collect the car sorted the DVLA out for me, paid the money straight into the bank and the car was gone in a flash.

We’ve never dealt with anything like this before but Paul and his team talked us through everything and gave us a really good price. They collected the vehicle within an hour of enquiry. All documentation was sorted straight away and they maintained contact with us the full time. Overall a really good experience, I would recommend to anyone.

Great company. Got my car moved within hours of calling. I was the other side of the county and all sorted over the phone. It was a complicated situation after a breakdown on holiday but nothing was any trouble and kept in touch over phone with updates. Would 100% recommend to anyone

Couldn't not write a review for Tyneautos - they were superb! The whole experience was hassle free. Dealt with Paul - who gave an honest price for the car and arranged for Sean to come see it. The car was picked up and on it's way within a day. I wish every company could operate like these guys.

Fabulous to deal with. I was a little concerned as I thought car might not start. No fuss, filled in online form, received quote-called to arrange pick up. From initial phone call 48 hours ( could have been 24 hours-I could not make the appointment ) cash on collection. Lovely lad jump started car and away it went. I cannot recommend this company enough
