I put 5 star just to Bost it up, it's a scam I got scammed and you will too

I purchased this course as it offered a money back guarantee if unsuitable. I have been waiting for a refund since 6 November. Customer Service is friendly & responsive until you ask for your money back & then things change!

I bought the course and received nothing. After a back and forth with them on email, I asked for a refund and now they’re not answering my emails. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from this bogus website.

I bought the course like paid so much but unfortunately because of their new update and i don't really know but now I'm logged out. Tryed to get a new password and stuff but they keep saying I don't have an account. And, I had my certificate on there but can't get it now and also didn't even finish the courses fully. Horrible website. Also, it's mostly youtube videos on some courses which you can get on youtube.

Typewhizz is not an honourable company. I still can't finish the course after a year due to terrible after sale service. I can't log in and now it says my account doesn't exist. I have been sending emails to no avail. Do not get caught in this scam!!! Who can wait for over a year to get response or your money back at least????

I signed up for this trying to be able to make money at home. Not only is the portal impossible to use, you’re not getting a job. Next, about 2 days after i sign up for this. FRAUD ON MY CARD. trying to buy thousands of dollars worth of stuff. stay away from this scam

This company offers a "no questions" refund in full within 14 days if you are dissatisfied with their online course. After briefly reviewing the course, I decided it would be of little to no benefit to me and requested a full refund the same day that I gained access to the course.
Typewhizz responded to say they were sorry I was dissatisfied and they would issue the refund. However, when no refund had been received after 3 weeks, I emailed again asking for my money to be refunded without further delay. They replied saying the refund would "reflect" in 7-10 business days. A further 4 weeks have now passed without the refund having been made. My most recent email requesting a full refund (2 days ago) has been ignored.
I have given them a 1 Star review because there seems to be no ability to award zero stars.

I can’t Create Password or Log in

I made the payment of R499, today, hoping that I could get started with the course and start earning. I received an email with instructions to click on the ‘create password’ button.

I was then redirected to the homepage. You can’t log your email and opt for forgot password and then create one- as their site says that my username (email) isn’t recognised as a user.

I’ve emailed early this day and have not received feedback.

I purchased the Typewhizz program on 14 August 2025 and was initially excited to get started. However, my experience has been disappointing. After purchasing, I suddenly could not log into the portal anymore. I submitted a support ticket, and their response was that there was an issue with my payment — even though I can clearly see the successful transaction reflected on my banking app.

As a paying customer, this is frustrating and discouraging. I expected smoother service and more reliable customer support for a program that is meant to help people build opportunities online. I truly hope Typewhizz can resolve these issues quickly, because at the moment, I cannot recommend the program with confidence. TYPEWHIZZ has resolved the issues!!

This site seems like a scam. It asks you questions, says you are an “ideal” candidate, and then asks you to pay for your ability to see jobs on the job board. That is absurd. If someone is looking for a job … paying to see the available jobs seems like a SCAM. VERY DISAPPOINTED, and frankly disgusted.

I asked for a refund they said that they can't do anything about it have been waiting a month now for my money

My aunt told me about this and I was worried it would be a waste of time because of AI. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that the course included proofreading for AI transcripts as well as lessons on how to use AI to transcribe. Good information and helpful support

Half the time the system isn't working and will not let you log in. Very frustrating when I have set aside time to do the course and I can't get in.

Advertised as a transcribing job, when it's actually a course

I did their whole course and they have no typing jobs on their job portal.

I'm taking my time through this course and enjoying it. Help is there when ever I need it and the staff are very nice and professional. This is the prime tool I need to change my career and I've always loved typing. Soon I will no longer be building rope ladders! (Typed at 80 wpm lol).

Be advised that TypeWhizz, contrary to their advertising, does not offer any jobs. They offer, for sale, easy courses in video transcription, but they have no jobs to offer. When you finish their main video transcription course, they merely refer you to websites of companies that do offer video transcription jobs.

Many of you rushed into typewhizz hoping to land a subtitling job, which is probably why you are here. If you haven't purchased the course already, you should know that they have nothing to offer beyond selling it to you; so you probably shouldn't, unless you wish to.

Don't be deceived by all the positive reviews (which all seem to be coming from the same group of persons under different aliases)

I need information upfront what is my once off payment fee for me to start earning, so I can plan as I am presently unemployed.

You pay the subscription fee but you dont anythin in return no jobs offered. just a waste of my time and money
