Tyreland New Zealand Avis 

I usually buy chinese tyres new from various places trying to save money. But this time I contacted Tyreland and got two Continental tyres part worn ( but they looked almost new ) fully fitted outside in the carpark of my work. Justin arrived bang on time and was a really polite fella. Excellent service that I would highly recommend.

Today was my 3rd time ringing tyreland in the last 8 days, I ordered 2 Bridgestone tyres with fitting at my home and was told it would take 2 to 3 days to get the tyres which was fine, after 6 days I rang again to ask was there a problem and was told that I would have them done either this morning 23/02/22 or the next day and they would call me to finalise arrangements, I waited until after 16:30 before ringing again, I spoke to the same person as yesterday and was told that they needed to check the delivery times but that they would ring me back in a few minutes..... I was left waiting until I called them back at 17:05 and the phone was not answered, I rang again only to hear Keith Duffy telling me they were closed!!! I will update my review every day and depending on whether I get the tyres tomorrow or not will be reflected in the rating I will give each day.

I contacted tyreland via email and it was quick and easy to arrange a call out to my home. The prices were clearly explained beforehand as well as a cash or card option. Justin called and gave me advice and explained the options, he was lovely and i didn't feel any pressure to buy the most expensive tyres. The whole thing was finished in about half hour. I would definitely recommend.

I got new tyres put on the front of my car in tyreland in swords in the summer of last year. Granted, yes they are cheap. But the quality of service was deplorable. They had booked my car in and when I arrived down the attendant at the window was rude in general with his demeanor, acting like I had lost the plot when I told him I was here for my appointment for my Renault Clio. He told me that my car hadn’t been booked in and I managed to get a second booking for the next morning. I was happy to let it go and just bring my car back in despite living in Cork at the time. I had problems with my tyre sensors ever since but wasn’t exactly sure if the issues was with tyre pressure or tyre sensors and hadn’t connected the dots myself to the fact that they had done any damage to my car. Two mechanics later, the second mechanic was very honest and told me that when my two front tyres were replaced (as he could tell it was recent), the person who had replaced the tyres had damaged my front right tyre sensor and badly repaired it. I had went to Tyreland in Swords. I was charged full price for the tyres and not notified of the damage. Please be aware of this risk when you bring your car here as issues with tyre sensors is not common with Renault’s. I drive a relatively new Renault Clio myself. I am not taking this any further but I will not be returning here next time I need new tyres and will be warning my friends and family about this experience.

Excellent service, badly needed tyres and the mobile tyre service fitted me in today New Years Eve, said they’d be out at 10 and they were bang on time, absolutely great service and I will be using them again, no hanging around waiting I had the comfort of my own house while getting 4 new tyres, thanks again for everything

I was thinking of giving 2 or 3 stars because Keith Duffy didn't turn up. But the service was good and highly recommend.

Ramas came and tried to repair puncture but tire deflated again, came out again next day and fitted a new tire. Quick and on time. Great service thanks guys.

Mobile tyre service was quick and came within a couple of hours. First guy was miserable and fitted the wrong tire but in fairness to Tyreland they came back with the right man (Thanks Mark) and the right tyre and sorted everything. I will always forgive an error if sorted promptly and professionally. Have used before and will use again.

Super impressed with Tyreland. Emailed for mobile tyre replacement and was replied to with quotes within an hour and the booking arranged for Bray, really quickly. Was booked for 11am and the guy turned up early which was great. Very efficient service as it was all done in less than an hour. Payment at the van with proper paperwork given in return. Have recommended Tyreland to others who have had similar excellent experiences. Will definitely use Tyreland again.

I have used these guys before, (Swords Branch ) i was happy with them until my last visit. I rang to see was there a wait time & was told 20mins. I arrived they took my car key and 40mins later im still waiting, when I enquired about my car I was told it would be ANOTHER 45 MINUTES wait. Really bad service on my last visit.

Call yesterday as I had a blown Tyre. Had to opt with the mobile service due to come between 1-2 today, arrived around 12 and done in no time at all. Super service and helpful team. Explained everything and more that i needed to know. Thanks guys.
