DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS! Their website is made to look like it’s based in the UK, with stock priced in £, but they are based in Germany. I ordered 4 new tyres… after several weeks waiting, only 3 have arrived. They are completely unresponsive to emails. The phone number is some pathetic AI voice that goes silent when I read my order number. I’m stuck with 3 useless tyres and massively out of pocket, and unable to speak to anyone to get my order completed or a refund so I can buy elsewhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid !! Delivery was quoted as 1-3 days, few days later email saying 11 days. Tried contacting them, phone is AI generated told one order had been delivered and another on way… but only ordered 1 item and not delivered, emails go unanswered. Avoid like the plague!!!! , on trying to get refund via PayPal

Like others said, tyres didn’t arrive (although tracking stated they’d been delivered)

Don’t wast your time, I used PayPal, so got a refund after opening a dispute. Pay the extra & go to black circles etc…

Difficulty sourcing tyre, so used Tyres.net as only stockist found. Ordered 8 December. After a long & eventual failed attempt to obtain the tyre, I'm still awaiting a refund.

Lesson learnt: read reviews on Trustpilot before ordering!

I purchased tires on their website, and it showed they were in stock. The next day, they canceled my order, claiming they were out of stock. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost two weeks for a refund after filing a complaint with PayPal. I do not recommend this site for any purchases. Waste of time and money. 🤬🤬🤬

I ordered knowing they were from Germany so expected to wait, however my order was lost and after 10 days I asked for a refund! It’s now day 15 and no refund yet even though it was promised after 3 days !! Say clear of them

Ordered from here after my tyres.co.uk delivered my order to somewhere in France not my address. Same thing has happened with tyres.net. Should have done more research as they appear to be the same company. OVER A MONTH AND STILL HAVENT GOT THE TYRE I NEED ASAP!!!!!

I did get a refund from mytyres but yet to have any contact with tyres.net.

Eventually, after 2 weeks I got the tyre but the point is communication, totally absent. You buy from a site that is British. Then you find out, tracking the parcel, that is in Germany. The tracker tells you that the tyre ended its journey in a German anonymous city warehouse. At that point you start to believe to have been scammed. You call a number that does not respond. You send an email that is ignored. And buy a tyre from another place because you still need it quickly...
Eventually I got this (now spare) tyre: tell me, should I advise you to buy from this Company?

I ordered a tyre for my motorbike, competitive and 3-4 day delivery according to the website. Once I received my order acknowledgement they were quoting 2 weeks! I've received an email only stating "SENT" but nothing delivered!! this gave me concern, tracking shows the tyre "DELIVERED" somewhere in Germany. I've called but "office closed" during normal hours and emailed but no response!!

Ordered 2 x Goodyear Eagles for my SLK, £221 for the pair.
Placed order Sunday evening and received them via DPD the following Wednesday.
Read the reviews on here and was worried they would take ages to come,but needn't have.

I ordered 2 tyres from Tyre.net 3 weeks before my MOT. It turned out the tyes didn't turn up in time for my MOT, hence having to park my car and use my misses car. At the time of writing this review, I still haven't received the tyres. There are no numbers to contact them on their website. The number I found on Google, I was on hold for over 2 hrs and then got hung up. They do not respond to emails. I received a DPD tracking number that turned out to be a Hungury tracking number. DPD UK does not recognise that tracking number. On their website, it says my tyres were delivered but I didn't receive them. Terrible experience. Stay away!!!

Totally useless

Ordered my tyres as it said delivery was 2 - 4 days, then get an email to say 14 days. Check the tracking number and it says they have been delivered but they havent. They dont answer their web chat and got cut off after 45 mins waiting on the phone as my phone died.
I need my tyres as I am going on a trip so will have to order elsewhere and try get a refund.
I will be telling the Garage not to accept delivery and return the items to sender

The tyres should last longer when bought from here,as they take so long to get here,when buying tyres,you usually need them asap,I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and I have not had a text to say when they will be with me,or email,when I bought the tyres it said they was down south in England,but according to the tracking it says Switzerland,I’m disgusted with this company,after spending £390 on 2 tyres,joke

I ordered a set of white wall tyres for my newly purchased classic car in order to attend car shows this summer.

Tyres took almost three weeks to arrive by which time I had missed the first show.
Upon opening the packages only to find that they weren’t white wall.

After contacting the company with photos they actually e mailed to say that the photo on their website was the wrong one and they would change it and I could return them if I wanted a refund.
No apology, or offer to sort out or pay for the return of the tyres (a week later they still have the same photo up, still mis-selling the tyres).

I replied straight away to their e mail to say they could either sort out a return label or I would keep the tyres and buy some white wall inserts (at almost £100) if they sent me a good will gesture of £35 towards the inserts. (If I had just wanted the plain black tyres I could have bought them for a lot less from another company so I was still be losing out but just wanted my car sorted for the car shows).

Over week later and numerous e mails I have still not heard anything back.
I have given up and now having to contact my credit card company to try to resolve the issue.

After missing two of the only car shows i could get to this summer it’s looking like I’m also going to miss the final one I had planned for this weekend due to this incompetent company.

As long as your aware that delivery will in fact be a minimum of 12 days( mine was 14) and emails never answered and when the tyres arrive they are 3 year old already,you’ll be fine.
But be aware all tyres,would you believe,are considered new up to 5 years old and in some cases 7 years.

Ordered two tyres, yes they were a cracking price. I wasnt aware they were coming from Germany, 4 days after they were due (day 19 of order), and by all accounts stuck in customs, I now see they are being returned to sender. No phone number to find out what is going on and how to get my money returned.

Ordered tyres 3 weeks ago and they have still not arrived. Rang customer service and they said that they are on the way from germany, by horse I expect... given an arrival date of yesterday but customer service said they would be another week at least.

Shocking, avoid

Bank holiday Monday and was dealt with brilliantly by Bobby.
Choice of either New or Part-worn tyres all in stock. Part worn brilliant quality.
