Really excellent advice and support when looking to buy a machine.
Really kind, patient and helpful staff (Raj) who gave me a brilliant demonstration to make sure I was making the right purchase for my needs.
Would highly recommend!!!

I brought my Janomi sewing machine + the original hard plastic cover to Tysew in Iver for a service. The owner Mr Paul served me when I came to pick them up. No cover. He went to look for it, but couldn't find it. The employee who served when I brought it in, had put in the shop's Notebook that the cover wasn't brougt in... Called a few times, cover not found. Sent an email. After 4 weeks still no reply. ADVICE: 1. Take photographs of every item you leave behind at Tysew. 2. Check what they write in the Notebook. 3. Be on the alert when you call them!

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the customer service has been outstanding. They truly went above and beyond, making sure I felt completely confident using the machine by providing setup videos and promptly answering all of my questions. I’ve since recommended both the company and the machine to a friend, who is just as delighted. A definite 10/10 experience!

GUrpreet gave an excellent demo on how to use the machine I was interested in and even found me some advice on the right machine.

Big shout out to the Tysew guys who repaired my machines right away. I live in Scotland and the barrell on my Tysew machine was damaged after a broken needle - I had to drive down and they repaired it and my old back up domestic machines right away. Thank you for your amazing service! Now for the drive back up north!

A superb experience from first contact to collection. Initial questions answered promptly by Alexander. Gurpreet in the showroom listened to our needs, was informative and accommodating to trials of several machines. Raj was supportive during payment and explaining the after sales support which is always there if needed. We shall return to this little gem of a company for our sundries when required.

Tysew's new location outside at IVER is excellent. So easy to get to.
Took machine in for problem, I had caused!!
Staff there brilliant. Machine had a full service. Problem sorted. Engineer taught me how to program my machine. All done in 4 working days.
All in all brilliant service and friendly staff.
There is a dedicated domestic sewing machine showroom. Fabulous. I have bought 5 sewing machines from TYSEW over the years and they are all going strong.

Bought a singer machine 4423 and it only worked for 6 weeks.The thread keeps breaking after a few stitches
