Ubie has been brilliant, we was off to a rocky start in the beginning but Ubie and especially Ben really made up for it pulling off an amazing website for my business. Even now, 6pm a quick email asking to help set up google analytics they was happy to help. I would definitely recommend Ubie and will be looking into future marketing options with them. 10 out of 5 if I could.

Great customer service from the start. Ben and team very helpful. Website was up and running in 2 weeks. Had minimal adjustments to make. Very happy with the results, slick and professional looking website. Would recommend this design team going forward. Absolutely amazing service, needed Ben to help me set up emails on my phone and laptop. He got in touch promptly and get everything set up with me over the phone. Brilliant.

Would give less than 1 star if I could . Spoke to Ben from Ubie for designing a website for my kitchen company everything was going well untill he suspended my contract for investigation and it turns out apparently he thinks I am someone I am not so I have spent money on updating my vans sign writing and business cards with new emails and website and then her terminates me because he says I’m some lone I’m not due to his evidence which I have asked to see and he blanked me and wouldnt show me and also that apparently it’s the same address and that I run another company according to a “google search” . Shocking service has delayed my company and now cost me money . Disgusting company .

nothing is ever to much hassle for this company when I needed to change some bits on my site. love this company and ben works so hard for his customers to always ensure they are fully satisfied
