Great fun. Everyone should try it at least once x

The company didn't honour my voucher regardless the fact that I have booked well in advance and received multiply confirmations. Staff very condescending and unhelpful. Had to paid again in order to have an experience.

We had a great day out. Great cars, well organised and didn’t have to hang around as long as the email suggested.

Overall it was a good day out however really disappointed with one particular tactic to extract even more money from you. Whilst driving a very loud super car, trying to concentrate and take in instructions is a challenge - you don't always hear clearly what the instructors are saying. Be very careful, as in the middle of driving they ask if you want extra laps extra money!! this should all be explained before you actually set off and you can actually hear what they're saying!! one of the other instructors did this but one didn't and he was up at the desk taking People's extra money all the time! obviously on commission and extremely lucrative.

We booked an experience driving day with U Drive Cars months in advance after speaking with your customer service team who confirmed our voucher would remain valid for our chosen date. Despite this assurance, when we arrived on the day, we were informed the voucher had expired and were told to pay for the entire day again—we had no other option as we had already committed to attending.

Once inside, my daughter's experience deteriorated further:

Her slot in the driving queue was repeatedly delayed until she had waited nearly 4 hours before getting behind the wheel

Of the 9 photos taken of her, 8 were completely out of focus

Videos and photos from one of the two cars she drove were entirely lost and never recovered

Most concerning was the attempt to seek resolution afterward. We have been unable to reach anyone—each call results in being told we're "number one in the queue" even after waiting 30+ minutes. There appears to be no way of contacting customer services via telephone.

My daughter is deeply disappointed that she has no usable memories of what should have been a memorable day. For the price paid, this was unacceptable: pre-booking communication, on-the-day experience, photo/video service and post-event support.

absolute out of this wild experience it made my son’s whole year. We are both car crazy and just to see some of the cars on offer let alone drive them is a dream come true.

The cars are amazing, it is well organised and safe for everyone.

It was a shame that some cars were not available but that's part of it. it was also a shame that the recordings were not working either

My only real criticism is the member of staff on the initial reception who book you in was really snotty and unprofessional. She complained at the time we arrived and continued to whinge on about people turning up to her colleague. we turned up at the correct time and felt she was really not a good ambassador for the brand. My young son asked why is that lady so miserable. We did find out that after a full day at Carlisle they were booked to following day in Cornwall and had to travel through the night - poor planning but not our fault

The venue was great and the cars were fantastic and varied. The staff were stand out great. Very helpful, all the driver trainers were amazing and really knew their stuff. That made me feel safe so that I could relax and enjoy the whole experience. The only issue was waiting at the end to see the photos and videos. That took far to long.

The location (Castle Combe), cars, and staff were all fantastic, the only thing I would potentially try to improve on is either the waiting time for the drive, or an improved system to update you on your expected drive time. Maybe cars, times and drivers can be listed up on the TV screens. Maybe the cars could be tracked around the track so you can see where they are. Apart from that, everything was great.

We had a lovely time at Sywell Raceway on the 15th August in the amazing Ford GT40. Definitely recommend that specific car if you want a mixture of power, speed and pure excitement. Wouldn't book for anyone younger than 17 as it is a manual and does require experience with driving to understand gears and everything. We had a little mix up and the beginning of the day but was quickly resolved thanks to Lisa who helped allow my partner to drive. Amazing for birthday presents for anyone who loves new cars to classics. Definitely will be coming again.

Booked my car slot for 3pm, arrived at half 2. Didn't get into a car until 4:25pm. Limited shade and 35 degree weather waiting that long isn't ideal. While you are waiting to get in your car the announcers are trying to sell more laps to people.. how about get the people sorted that have already paid first. First instructor was a nice chap. Second bloke didn't even know what power the car was and tried to have a go at me for going through the wrong cones, saying "go through the cones" isn't very helpful when there are 3 lanes of cones lol. Third bloke was alright but by that time I was a bit fed up of waiting around all day. Cars were fun, except the Mercedes which had a massive crack across the windscreen. You almost feel pressured into getting the collision damage waiver. If you don't there's paper work to fill out saying you will cover first 5k worth of repairs (as if anyone doing this type of experience has that kind of money lol). Wouldn't recommend to everyone else and the wait etc ruined the experience. Also my media I only managed to get 1 video as the other 2 were corrupted aparantly. I didn't get to use the last car I was booked in for and they said they upgraded me to another mustang because of the wait. But I think that was B's as the speed mustang was parked up round the corner (obviously had some issues) lol

We had a really good day out and everyone was so helpful we will definitely book again!!

Had a fantastic day with my daughter. The lady driver was fantastic with my daughter. She loved every minute of the experience. All staff smiling and polite. Highly recommend! Will be booking again shortly.

The actual day was a great experience. I had driven cars before, so this time drove a truck. My instructor, Gary, was fantastic. He was so calm and relaxed it made the whole experience so much better. The only thing I think needs changing is the driver briefing video as it was made when some covid regulations were in place and it only mentions cars, not other options.

I booked a 40 minute HGV driving experience for my wife as a birthday surprise at the Abingdon Airfield event. Once checked in, we only had to wait around an hour and well within our allotted time slot. It does seem like organised chaos to the uninitiated, but it all worked well.
My wife thoroughly enjoyed her driving experience, and the instructor was excellent. She was driving, slaloming and reversing the car transporter through cones in no time at all!
All the staff were really friendly and helpful despite it being incredibly busy.
My only two gripes are firstly that we had to pay £2 for car parking. This seems a bit cheeky considering everyone has to arrive by car and you are just parking on an old airfield. Secondly, the food truck was a bit overwhelmed with the number of people attending the event, and so there was a 20 minute wait in the queue just to by a bottle of water. More food vendors, or a separate queue for those only wanting drinks would be a good idea.

I really don't know where to start.
What an incredible and well organised event. I booked this for my 13 year old son at Xmas not knowing what to expect. It was such a memorable day, memories I think my son will take away with him forever. The day was just perfect and would recommend to anyone from kids to adults ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome 5stars not enough so many cars to choose from spent so much trying them all the staff were great the venue was good had a great view of all the cars look forward to seeing you again and great choose of cars

U Drive Cars definitely delivered! Upon arriving at the venue, the day was filled with excitement and adrenaline from the get go and all of the staff involved seemed so genuinely friendly and fun to be around. From the check in desk staff to the drivers that took you around the track, it felt like everyone involved made an effort to make you feel special and it wasn’t forced in any way. These guys really love their jobs!! For the petrol heads, There were some truly great cars to drive. Ferrari’s, Lambo’s, Aston Martins, the list goes on. Even though I had to pay extra for the track choice when booking, racing around Brands Hatch was a real treat. It is true that there are a lot of opportunities to be upsold to, which may not be to everyone’s liking. You are offered more track time half way around your last lap, offered different cars to drive, additional damage waivers (if you didn’t choose this at booking stage), but if you just stop and think about what you are actually paying for, it’s hardly surprising that you should rightly consider paying for a £35 waiver when you’re thrashing someone else’s 150 grand Aston Martin V8 Vanquish or a beautiful Ferrari California around an iconic race track of your choice! The instructors were open and honest from the get go. They greet you with respect and a twinkle of mischief in their eyes. Drive like an idiot and they will restrict you. Listen, learn quickly and drive fast and smooth and they will let you hammer that car until your eyes budge and your stomach begs for mercy! You couldn’t ask for more. All in all, This is the perfect gift for any self respecting petrol head/ all round car enthusiast and I would thoroughly recommend the U Drive Cars experience at Brans Hatch for anyone up for a thrilling day. Go for it, you just might like it!!
