The customer service is shockingly bad.
I also wrote a review on their website — of course it was negative — and unsurprisingly, it was not published. The reason given was that " it does not appear to comply with the BazaarVoice Authenticity Policy."
So does this mean only positive reviews are allowed to appear?
For transparency, I’m sharing below the review I originally submitted, which was never posted. I find this extremely frustrating and concerning.

Extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered a skincare set specifically to try multiple products, including a cream, an eye cream, and a serum. The serum arrived completely broken and unusable, which already reflects poor quality control. What made it worse was the customer service. I reached out twice, and instead of taking responsibility or offering a replacement, my request was simply dismissed. Offering a 20% discount on a future purchase is not an acceptable solution. I shouldn’t have to spend more money to make up for their mistake. Overall, very poor customer service and frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if this is how issues are handled.

Customer service doesn't exist in France

Received a faulty expired product, sent photographic evidence, back and forth for 2 weeks over a product that cost £36 and now 'customer service' expect me to return the product from the UK to France at my own expense! What a joke!!! They've wasted enough of my time already so I'll be raising a dispute with my bank! Shop elsewhere as not worth the rubbish service

Had an allergy towards one of their…

Had an allergy towards one of their products and sent off evidence. The issue is this company are expecting one to contact their office in France for complaints and simply trying to downplay , close the complaint because they make it impossible to resolve the issue . Please avoid- products are extremely poor quality

I have to say I’m somewhat surprised…

I have to say I’m somewhat surprised and curious about some of the reviews here. I first discovered Caudalie in Spain while on holiday. Just the amazing shower gels to start with. I then found stores in the UK where it’s sold and was able to sample the range (John Lewis). I ultimately started shopping on their website, primarily because the loyalty scheme is excellent. I have to say I’ve found delivery, service and quality of product to be excellent. Whilst it can take longer to deliver during sales and busy periods, so do most other brands. This is simply about planning and ordering in advance, not difficult. Also, if a product has a box it comes in a box, not all products come in a box and that’s no issue at all. I switched to Caudalie from another major brand when I researched the ingredients. A very happy customer.

Pflegestifte defekt

Bin bei Caudalie mit einem Kundenkonto angemeldet und immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Nun habe ich 4 natürliche Pflegestifte bestellt und alle lassen sich nicht herausdrehen. Diesen Fehler habe ich dem Unternehmen per Mail mitgeteilt. Mehrmals hin und her geschrieben, wegen anzugebender Nummer. Alles gemacht und was erhalte ich; einen Doppelbrief mit einem farbigen roten Pflegestift und Proben. Dafür habe ich mir die Mühe nicht gemacht. Ich möchte keine Proben und auch keinen roten Pflegestift ich wollte gerne die Stifte die ich für über 40,- € gekauft habe benutzen können, sprich retour senden und einwandfreie Ware bekommen. Das ist nun voll daneben gegangen.

One star only for customer service

One star only for customer service, simply doesn’t exist.
My parcel has not been delivered due to royal mail bad service however Caudalie doesn’t care .
Usually a good customer service will investigate the issue but they don’t seem to bother at all.
I raised a complaint on my side with Royal mail and now I will put a formal complaint with Caudalie .
I will not buy again from them .

Sadly some good products but company…

Sadly some good products but company seems to have serious issues with customer service. Evri confirmed they somehow lost my parcel after marking it as delivered and sent me to Caudalie for help. Caudalie requested for my ID and a declaration (when Evri actually lost the goods!) which i hesitated to provide, they then simply stopped replying to my emails. When i questioned their behaviour by chat a month later, Anna claimed they never received my last emails (how convenient!) and kept on pushing for an ID and declaration form! I had nothing to declare as Evri had already declared they lost the goods! Once she got my ID she then found out i've claimed a chargeback with my bank (obviously as Caudalie had simply stopped replying!) and carried on blaming me for not following their refund process while ignoring my questions. Completely delusional and impertinent, know nothing about customer service and seems to be enjoying being rude while asking customers to 'remain polite', yet are unable to tell you when it is you've not been polite. What a joke!

I would give zero star if I can.
Their customers service is a joke.
Took 30 mins to wait for collecting my order in shop. No staff is in the shop in opening time.

very poor customer service

I love their products and ordered with them many times in the past and never had issues until today. I ordered Vinopure Anti-blemish Trio and one of the products is missing! Also, when your purchase cost is above £59, you get to choose a free sample that's also missing from my order. I was so excited about my order and I am so disappointed when I received it. The invoice shows all the items but 2 of them are missing! Tried calling and got to leave a VM as all the assistants are busy, contacted them on Whatsapp this morning and no response at all! Very very poor customer care sadly.

Terrible customer service

My loyalty program always has a problem. It shows that I still have 0 point and I cannot add other codes. The customer service ignored me and didn't solve my problem.

Appalling company and customer care

Appalling company and customer care. Ordered items in UK one item came with seal open refunded and then two gift sets sent damaged. The casing was torn and can't be used as gifts. Contacted customer service. Thought it was irrelevant. Deemed minor! Sent back as it was not minor. Had to pay postage to their Crawley warehouse. Refund has never come back. I am chasing but silence. Not my problem is their attitude. Avoid Caudelie. Spend your money elsewhere.

Awful customer service on WhatsApp

Maybe the constant bad reviews regarding their customer service will get their attention. But I doubt it. Awful customer service on WhatsApp. They didn’t care that I had received the wrong product. Their whole manner of dealing with people is shocking. I will not be purchasing again.

Very impressed with all products

Very impressed with all products. Orders arrived within weeks. The complainers are moaning about service rather than the products which I have found to be first class. Don’t let these reviews put you off the products. My skin much improved in a few weeks

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! AVOID! Ordered my moisturiser and serum, my card was declined and an order not processed. So I tried again and it went through. I then realised that they had charged me twice. There response "There is nothing we can do" so nonchalant. Obviously they think people can afford 100 pounds twice . The products aren't that good to warrant their disregard for loyal customers.

Great Brand & costumer service

Been using Caudal for years I am honestly shocked at these reviews. I have found all the products I have used so far exceptional and always delivered on time. Today I had to call costumer service as I wanted to ask about one of their products I sampled at my local pharmacy, the guy that answered was super helpful.

ACHTUNG RETOUR 15€ (wenn du in DE wohnst)

Vertraut mir und kauft euch lieber die Produkte von einer Apotheke oder woanders, aber nicht von der offiziellen online seite „Caudalie“. Service ist grauenhaft, man wird entweder ignoriert oder einem wird nicht weitergeholfen.
Ich wollte mir die gehypte Caudalie Maske bestellen, leider hab ich ausversehen 2 Mal die selbe Maske bestellt… eine hab ich behalten und die andere wollte ich UNGEÖFFNET zurückschicken. Nach langem Hin- & Herschreiben, wird mir gesagt, dass ich 15€ für den Rückversand zahlen muss. Ich werde nie wieder etwas von dieser Marke bestellen! Von mir bekommen die keinen Cent mehr!!!

Did not deliver my order

I ordered the duo moisturizing body set and vouchers from the Caudalie website on 7 December. The order number is 62000422489. I got an email confirmation and the voucher codes via email, but the gift set never arrived. The answers I am getting from live chat assistance are unsatisfactory. They say that will look into it but that customer service isn't working at the moment. The set was supposed to be a Christmas gift. This is very unprofessional and, to be honest, disappointing for a brand such as Caudalie.
