My curlsmith package was accidentally returned to sender and Alicia was incredibly helpful in ensuring my package was sent back to me in a timely fashion! A+ customer service thanks Alicia!

It's not easy to communicate with a robot,in the age of technology many people don't know the way or how to use it most of the time it's confusing and not helpful,also most of us don't have the time spending to figure out what's happening chatting with a robot and we want a fast solution and some real person to communicate. Alicia was that person in my case, she was kind , helpful and she makes me feel safe in regards to my order.She explained what needed to be done in detail, answered all emails and was available to help me with anything I needed.Thank you again Alicia🤗🤗🤗

Well what can I say ....from me messing up the order to just not getting on with a product Curlsmith are great. In particular on the last one Alicia was fantastic...responsive and helpful what more can you ask for ....oh and great products thankyou

An item was missing from my order and Alicia was so incredibly helpful in responding in record time. It took about 10 minutes from her reply to my email to the item being dispatched. Not only did she arrange this but she also told me exactly how the mix up had happened.

I made a recent purchase of 3 items from Curlsmith and was invited to select a free gift, which I chose as an additional bottle of conditioner. I received my items promptly but was disappointed to find the free bottle was omitted from the order. After contacting customer services and providing photos of the packaging and received products, Carly sent out the missing free gift which arrived very quickly, the next day! Thanks for the great products and great customer service!

There was a problem with my order being processed. I had an email back from Carly asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for the order to be processed and this was done as well as receiving a 20% discount for my inconvenience. Very happy with the end result. Carly is a star ⭐

There must have been a glitch when I ordered bunch of products last weekend during a special offer. For some reason, my free gift was not added to the shopping cart. Although I was more than happy with the swift shipping, I was a bit disappointed not to receive the gift. I sent an email to customer care explaining the issue, and was sent the “gift” product immediately with no additional costs. I am super happy and will order directly from CurlSmith again!

actually this is my first time that I ordered something from Curlsmith, that's why I was so confused what to buy for my curls type ➰
& Yes! Carly is the name of the lovely lady who helped me out to go through all my needs & to suggest me all the required products 🙂
She did not bombard me with a long list to buy but only with the actually needed products. & because it was my first order, I accidentally made a wrong order & she helped me to cancel it with all her patience & to make a new order !!!
I know they are paid for their job, but still I've come across very rude & bad customer service quite often, that's why I wanted to highlight this good part of her customer service which she gave me. I would definitely love to come back to her !
Now I'm very much excited to get my parcel 📦🥳 & will come back soon to share my review about the products I ordered !!!
