Absolutely great service
I wouldn't usually bother writing a review unless I've got a grievance, something I'm always wary of when looking up other people's reviews, however in this instance I was really impressed with the service I'd received with these guys.
My Asus ZenFone 10 had an issue where the SIM reader no longer worked for reasons I still don't understand. Given the value of the phone I was worried the repair would be stupidly expensive and yet it was very reasonable, in fact it was less than EP had initially quoted me.
Granted I paid the extra for the express service but I was still pretty chuffed by the fact that I'd sent it off on a Monday and got it back again on the Friday.
They were really good at keeping me up to date with the process and made sure the phone was well wrapped when it was sent back.
I'm writing this review in part to remind myself to use these guys again if I ever have another electronic issue.

The communication with and from the company was excellent - so many thanks for that. I was getting a circuit board checked and repaired for an Italian commercial dishwasher. When I was dropping off the circuit board to be tested/repaired, the premises themselves were a little offputting - unmanned so I had to call to get someone to emerge and that occurred though a call centre in Brazil which was a bit weird... However the process from there on was faultless and the net result was a fixed circuit board for considerably less than a new one.

Do not do business with this company. Sent my beats pill XL to them around June 25 my battery would no hold a charge they said battery was dead needs new one £150 so I paid it. It came back to me exact same way I sent it to them. so I sent it back then they tell me another part has broken on it and it will be £94 and yet I had a Analyse sheet to say all working there response was it was working when they sent me it. I said it obviously wasn’t so I reluctantly paid the extra £94. Another Analyse sheet saying all fixed but it does not hold a charge I have to keep it plugged in for it to work so can’t take it outdoors with me. These people will con you out of as much money as they can. This as been on goin for around 6 monthsAvoid at all cost.

CD player to be repair
I had a Sony CD player to be repaired that was part of my Hi Fi system. I contacted Electronic Partners website and left an email to see what could be done. I received a reply and requested a quote, within 24hrs I received one. Once I accepted, I got a free return label. I had to box up and take to Post Office, but there was an option for it to be collected. Once they had received package I got an email and picture of its receipt. Then it was a case of waiting I got a couple of update emails and did chase them after 15days when it went quiet. Once fault was identified I received an invoice and estimate of completion and then the player was delivered back to me repaired. It was straight forward and they were easy to contact via email with timely responses. Only issue I had was the chaser as it all went quiet for a lengthy period. I had no problems but I was not in a hurry and had the patients to wait. They do provide a fast track service but I don't know how much that would have costed.

Sent my pre amp with the mc input not working, they sent it back still not working, saying THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG reported it and they insisted that it was okay, if i use the mm input fine mc not working.£70 lost
Will not recommend them ..

Amplifier Repair
Easy to post off and get diagnosis, which even though I suspected one major problem with the amp, they picked up on some other things that needed looking at, so all round good.
Only gripe was delay in initial diagnosis and report, had to chase, said they were extra busy. Would have been nice to have been told this - just so that I could plan around longer timescale

Mixed review.
Firstly they represent themselves as a local company, which they aren't
Secondly website suggested 3 to 5 days for repair. When my item was received by them I was informed up to eleven days. After 15 days I asked how much longer and was told that they were busy and the item was being assessed. It was returned after 24 days.
The item was returnrd safely packaged and is working and the cost was less than the quotation.

i was skeptical sending my beats in at first. however they are repaired as good as new. very easy process and quick turnaround time. with updates all along the way so you aren't worried about what's happening. GREAT!!!

Recommended with every confidence in a professional service.
All processes work seamlessly - thorough and complete as detailed on their website. Very re-assuring.
Denon CD player with minor fault registered on their website and free collection arranged via local Post Office.
Subsequent good coms to confirm safe arrival at EP and photo verification of condition of unit.
Repair took a little longer than estimated time for a "Standard" repair - just over a month from delivery to return - but I was informed this is due to current high demands for their service.
Once repaired, the unit was carefully and safely packaged for fast,secure return via courier.
Repair cost was reasonable for work-time required and quality of service provided.
Recommended with every confidence in a professional service.

Excellent Service
All ways use electric partners now for my repairs. You might pay a little more but you get a guaranteed repair . You describe the fault. They give you an estimate which,if you’re happy,they raise a ticket for the repair. I always drop my repairs off as they are just just down the road so I can’t comment on the postal side of things but in terms of the technical side I can’t fault them

Excellent Service
I was nervous about sending off my Garmin Edge, that Garmin couldn’t/wouldn’t repair. But there there was absolutely no need to worry. The whole process from beginning to end was professional, fast, and efficient. The work was completed quickly and I was kept informed of progress, and any possible additional charges before proceeding.
I would highly recommend this company for those electric items no one else can repair.

Quick turnaround and excellent service
I have a pair of Bose headphones and the mic hadn't worked for a long time. I tried getting it sorted through Bose, and through multiple local electronics places, but nowhere would help.
Electronic Partners gave me a quote very quickly and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I just got my free shipping label and took it to the post office. Sent them away and had them back within a week, all working as they should.
Really glad I found this company and can now use the mic on my headphones again

Shocking organisation/service
Shocking organisation/service. Would urge any(every)body not to employ their services.
Was directed to them via D&G appliance cover. After being told they do not arrange couriers for collection, my item was collected via courier (after 5 weeks and 2 failed collection attempts, I was not informed of).
I listed the faults that warranted a repair. My item was returned to me in an almost identical state. Only difference was (by their own admission) it was cleaned and serviced. The original fault remains.
When requesting the work be carried out under warranty, EP refused to do any work as my insurance policy had subsequently expired (in the 3 weeks they had my item in for repair- which turned out to be a clean and a service).
Avoid at all cost.
