Be more transparent with delivery times. Expected on 18th dec, but didnt arrive until 4th Jan. Didn't even leave the country until the 22nd!!!

I received my order a few weeks post expected delivery date. Customer service reassured me throughout. The bow and arrow looks great, of good quality. It has not been tested yet as its a gift but I trust it is as described (regarding functionality).

Somewhat frustrating. I somehow missed the address on the registration the address defaulting to my old address after recently moving that I had not got round to changinging on my credit card. Why order from china rather than a local dealer. Once I had spoted my mistake and sent notice this was amended. One word or caution is to be awear the tracking of orders takes you to chinapost. My phone went beserk withwarnings and alarms so much so I had to buy a new antivirus to debug it once delivered the archery kit was good quality and as discribed excellant service from Brian C. Thank you.

My parcel went missing in the post and the team were very communicative about it, and then followed up to check that it had been delivered, which it had.

good arrows for the price but the only downsides in my opinion is 1. they are only 30 inches 2. they are 300 grains which is really light considering the spine but other than that they are good arrows

It took a month to all turn up in dribs and drabs highly annoying.

This is a second review of this bow and I must address some issues:
I purchased this 40lbs bow early 2024, didn't get to use it much due to a surgery I had during the summer break. In my initial review I complained about the serving of the string. The customer service was great and I quite quickly was given a replacement string which seemed better than the original.
However I now have some more complaints about the bow.
1.) Whenever I draw the bow a huge creaking sound is made. It seems as though it is coming from the bow handle
2.) The leather has worn out extremely quickly from shooting my arrows (Archery Carbon Arrows Spine 550 with Replaceable Arrowhead) and has completely been removed from one side
3.) The serving is an issue once again as it doesn't remain in the same spot. It move slightly up and down changing the position of my nocking point and not allowing my nock to firmly fit the string as it is thinner in the area of my nocking point.

Great product and delivered in time

The bow comes with all you want to get started, apart from arrows, and a quiver.

Great quality products at a fantastic price. The only downside was the time it took to deliver them, hence the 1-star deduction. Other than that everything was good, including brilliant customer service. I will buy from Huntindoor again.

The Bow and Arrow set took approx 10 days longer to arrive than quoted ?The Quiver and one arrow was damaged in transit. The Quiver was quickly replaced after contacting the company but I had to buy a replacement arrow from a local shop as this was needed to complete a
present.

I ordered a 48" bow for my grandson, along with a set of arrows. I got an email the next day to say that I should have ordered shorter ones for the 48" bow and/or sucker tipped practise arrows (I ordered both) Brian emailed again to say that he had changed the order and again when they had shipped. Very much appreciated.
