I foolishly place an order on the Memo Paris website and had to pay an extra £12 pound for a very slow delivery, ordered on the 23rd May and have still not received my item, If I ever buy another one of the Memo Paris products I will just buy from Selfridges, for a luxury brand I have been very disappointed with the service that I have received.

Bad experience

Order MUK5297, I have ordered for first time from the company directly instead of buying their perfumes from a well known department store in London. I wish I never done, bad customer service, additional unnecessary pay for bad service as the shipment arrived tampered with and missing items! Customer service in my first attempt to explain what I have received supported by pictures they said it’s not our fault! I explained what they should have done differently to protect their products professionally and that really put me off as they lack common sense as a business!
I would never recommend this brand unfortunately their products are good but management need to listen to customers feedback and improve.

Not delivering on the promise

I sent a message on Dec 2 (id: 54285 / New customer message on December 2, 2024 at 9:55 am) regarding order ​#MUS13640 and still haven't heard back. I am not happy with the experience. In the bottom of every email you say

Enjoy a five stars service with any online order
A sample offered
Gift wrapped
Easy returns

There wasn't a sample with my order
There was no gift wrap
It's been more than 3 business days and I haven't heard back on my return request I submitted on Dec 2.

We can confirm that your order was delivered on November 25, after being placed on November 21. Regarding the gift wrap, it is available exclusively for 75ml bottles, which is why it was not included with your order. Additionally, the sample you had expected was unfortunately out of stock at the time. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we have sent you four complimentary samples after realizing this incident.

Appalling

No information on shipping times on their website. After I placed my order and received no dispatch confirmation 3 days later, I emailed them to cancel the order, because it was not going to arrive on time (it is meant to be a birthday present). They completely ignored my email and dispatched my parcel on the next day. It is being shipped from France so not sure when it's going to arrive as it still doesn't say this anywhere, but it's not going to arrive on time regardless. Now I have to pay for the return out of my own pocket, because they pretended to not have seen my email. I am within my right to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped and yet I was ignored. This is a complete waste of money for both of us, so I don't understand why make it even more complicated than it needs to be.

A big choice of nice parfume in…

A big choice of nice parfume in DublinAirport, have been using African leather for years, now my wife got for me to try on Irish Leather, it's lovely is well ,even hard to say which one is better as I love both....girl in Dublin Airport at the MEMO stand was so good to explain how to open an account with MEMO and try different tastes , get new offers...have made now an order to dress my car with lovely IRISH LEATHER smell, looking forward to my order,hope those car diffusers is great too.
Will share my experience more after my order arrives 😍love MEMO

Constant spam

Constant spam. I've unsubscribed and reported the spam several times and yet they still keep emailing me. All because I once bought a sample set of their mediocre perfumes. What an irritating brand. Leave me alone!!!

Bad service…

On the official website it says enjoy a five-star service. The service of this store does not even reach a star. The packaging is bad, they have not even given a sample of perfumes, although the page says that they give it to all orders. Not recommended

You are absolutely right, all our perfumes (except our exclusivities) come together with a sample so that the client could try the sample first, make sure the perfume is to their taste, and return the unopened perfume bottle in case the perfume is not to their liking.

Would recommend

My order arrived really quickly (from Europe) and the perfumes are great. It's just a shame that samples can't be bought from UK stockists. I'd personally experiment more with new perfumes if it was easier for me to do so!

My order has been cancelled 3 days…

My order has been cancelled 3 days later because the item sold out.
But it was available on the site, the payment went through. I was so excited to get my new perfume. Really disappointed.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed…

Unfortunately I was very disappointed when my goods arrived as they were damaged and had been opened. I was expecting some nice gift wrapping to reflect the price I paid but it was not boxed or wrapped in tissue paper. Only blue bubble wrap!
To make matters worse, the invoice included stated £17.52 when actually I paid £67.00! I am hoping my dissatisfaction will be rectified.
Unfortunately my husband asked if I bought it from the real company or was it a copy. Not what I wanted to hear on our Anniversary.
The only compensation is it smells amazing
