Quick delivery. Quality exceptional for the price and colour just what my daughter wanted. Dress looked amazing on and fitted perfectly for my daughter’s prom. I was a bit dubious about ordering from abroad, but after reading reviews on Trust Pilot, was glad I went ahead. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a standard dress and paid extra for express delivery. Quality of dress was good BUT it arrived a week late, after the event I needed it for. Contacted them to arrange a return and have been fobbed off and had facts made up to avoid refunding me money which is due under their terms and conditions. They have ignored the email information I gave them and even faked the order confirmation to avoid the refund. I now have my Bank involved to attempt to get my refund. Millybridal makes out it has some kind of UK representation but everything is made and dealt with out of Hong Kong and China.AVOID dealing with these people

I ordered a dress from Millie Bridal UK for my daughters prom. As she was in between sizes we opted for made to measure.
I sent the sizes in and within 24hrs I received an email saying that one of the measurements appears to be wrong ( I'm double checked as thought I was correct) nope, I had sent the wrong size in. This was rectified and within 10 days I received the dress. My daughter put it straight on and it fitted like a glove. She looked stunning!
The dress was well made and attention to detail was perfect. No loose threads at all. I cannot comment on return as I didn't need to use the service but as it was made to measure and not a generic size I didn't expect to be able to return it.
Communication and after care was great making sure we were happy with the dress and seeing if it arrived on time.

Ordered a stock dress on the website, which wasn’t a made-to-order dress, just a standard one. It arrived and didn’t look good. We contacted MillyBridal within 7 days of the dress arriving. Didn’t hear anything back, for weeks. Finally they got back to us and said that they weren’t willing to accept a return on the dress - as it was made-to-order. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid at all costs- wished we had read the other peoples reviews. Disgusting customer service.

We recently purchased a prom dress from Milly Bridal UK for my daughter, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. We selected a stunning, floor-length green dress. My daughter has a very slim waist but slightly wider hips, and the bottle green dress we picked fits her waist perfectly, accentuating her figure beautifully. She looked absolutely fantastic in it!
The delivery was impressively quick, and the customer service was fantastic, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Milly Bridal UK for their excellent service and beautiful dresses

I am very impressed with the service provided by the website and quality of the dress I received. The delivery was very quick with updates provided throughout. The dress was amazing for the price I paid and I would order from this website again and recommend to others.

Return refused and return policy means nothing as this company will do everything to avoid refunding. Standard size dress ordered but they say all are custom made despite this. The dress does not suit the recipient and as there is no way to try a dress before purchase this should be reason enough for return. They deliberately avoid reading emails properly and respond with their own agenda asking for photos of the recipient in the dress. Their opinion is irrelevant if the dress does not suit. I will take this matter up with the payment method and card company as I am disgusted with the lack of honour shown by this firm. Packaging for a prom dress was plastic bags only which indicates a lack of pride in their product and poor company ethics. Disgraceful way to do business!

Currently have a dispute open as wrong items delivered, refunded refused and blocked from contacting them. I have been notified by my bank today they have tried to take a second payment out of my PayPal account. Please stay away from this company!!

Fantastic quality and great customer service. Delighted with our daughters prom dress, saved £200 purchasing it from here and received 2 weeks after purchasing. We had the length altered and the waist taken in about 3 inches, absolutely will be recommended.

Very disappointed and very angry. Dress looked nothing like it did in the photo, measurements aren’t correct even tho i sent my own ones in and needed to email about 5 times before they even replied to see where it was and when i got it i put it on and it was horrendous. Never ever recommend this place to anyone. Tried emailing to get a refund and the emails are just bounced back then one went through and they just haven’t replied even though they say that they respond within one working day. They DO NOT listen though their own return policy.

I ordered a beautiful purple ballgown dress, which I had customised to my size, unfortunately I lost weight, but the dress would've fitted perfectly fine if I didn't. The material was amazing, qnd the detailing was absolutely lush! I have had my doubts because of the reviews, however, I saved money, time and dignity, by being able to measure myself at home instead of try dresses in front of others. The dress came on time even though I was concerned. I do recommend ordering 2 months earlier than the date, just to make sure all details are correct incase of any mishaps, however my dress gave me so much confidence. I totally recommend it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I concur with all the bad comments on here. Wish I’d seen this first. Ordered a dress for my daughters prom. Clicked on champagne colour. When it eventually arrived it is silver (REALLY SILVER) you have to submit a ticket (whatever that’s supposed to mean) to do a return. I did it twice and no replies. Emailed customer services who were less than helpful, just kept asking for photos. Only to be told they don’t accept returns. Left with a £100 dress that’s not what we ordered. With so many bad reviews on here I’m guessing most of the good ones are made up. Steer clear they’re scammers!

Absolutely awful dress and zero customer service.
I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. It was badly made, too big in some places and too tight in others so we decided to return it for a refund. Millybridal have ignored all of my messages and we are stuck with an unwearable dress.

Didn’t even want to give one star- ‘stole’ my daugters money. Gave us a fake receipt in Chinese and no actual money . Avoid at all costs - never read a good review

Trust me do not order from this website. The dress arrived in 10 days. I was happy at first. When I opened the package I was furious even before trying it on. I paid extra for custom size and I did the exact measurements they wanted me to do in their website. I’m already short and the dress came short imagine. The dress was supposed to have silver stones they literally attempted to sow in fabric that looks like an arts and crafts project. The dress was supposed to have folds on the stomach and chest. The chest has no folds and the folds on the stomach are floppy. Fabric feels cheap. I paid 155 for this dress. Complete waste of money. I’m still trying to get my full refund. They even admitted they are at fault and want to just refund me 30 percent of what I paid. That’s 30 pounds. What should I do with 30 pounds. They take forever to answer it’s been 6 days since my dress arrived and they literally reply to my emails at 3-6 am in the morning. There isn’t a phone number to call. I wish I listened to the reviews and didn’t order. DO NOT RISK IT.

I ordered a few dresses to try on and return a few for prom. They then stated I cannot do this. I understood why so agreed to get one dress on that same day I asked when the dress would arrive. This was a few days from when I placed my order, so I didn’t know if it would arrive in time for prom. The lady said that it would not be possible for it to arrive for prom so I said to cancel my order. She said they had already started making it and I cannot cancel my order. And then, when I told her all of above, she said the dress has already been made and shipped. We cannot take it back now. I’ve asked to return it and get a full refund as I have no purpose for the dress, but the people have not been helpful at all and have now taken my money
