Very poor customer service and difficult to get responses. I would never recommend these people. They take orders for stock that is not available and then after delivery say they are out if stock, do ai want to order other shoes? Well no, and when will those eventually arrive. Where is my refund. There sizes are totally wrong, and no clear way of getting any refunds. My poor granddaughter’s wedding can be ruined. Terrible company, stay away. I would prefer to give -10

Wish I could give zero stars, their sizes to colours are totally wrong. After many emails back and forth, the company agreed to refund 80% if I return the wring items which I did (postage to China at my cost) and they still have not refunded the amount. they blame that PayPal is holding the funds (Millybridal collects payment via PayPal) but will not show any proof to confirm the amount they have released. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THEIVES !!

The dress fit perfectly. A tad long but that was probably my fault with the measurement but they were very helpful and communicative. The quality was really good! Very fast delivery.

The dress was exceeded our expectations. After short ironing looks exactly like on the picture and make ou girl happy and beautiful for her prom night.

The dress took a long time to arrive and when it did the fabric was very cheap and we had to get someone to sew the address where it was coming apart. Looked great on the website but very disappointed with the dress that arrived. Definately not worth the £156 we paid.

I ordered my dress in a rush for time for my prom and it came just on time. The design was beautiful although it was somewhat see through on the top half so I had to get something to wear underneath. It came as shown on the picture with the slit to the side and the long back. Thank you.

I recently bought a dress from Uk Millybridal for my 18th birthday party and the dress came exactly as it looked in the picture and it looked just as good as it looked in the images ! Would definitely recommend buying from this website if you have a dress that you want to wear to impress !

Unable to return my dress due to no fault of my own the straps are not made to be adjusted. The company will not give me a refund which is very frustrating considering this is not a fault of mine. Do not order from this company.

My daughter wanted a dress 👗 for her prom, there were other sites we could have chose from but due to arrival time and price we went with this site. Communication was very good and clear. If they were running a bit late they would have contacted you. Price was good. Only negative would be had to make slight adjustments. But overall five 🌟

I paid almost £100 on an unwearable dress that was supposed to have been made to size but was completely oversized. I couldn't return it and now am stuck with something I'll never wear. I still have it with tags and also the colour was nowhere near the colour in the website, it looks very cheap and honestly looked like a scam. This was also supposed to have used in a very special occasion and became a huge nightmare to find something else last minute. Even cheap £20 Shein dresses are better than this - this is the level. Don't wast your money.

I order my daughter a dress for her prom the dress came and it’s absolutely beautiful it fitted her perfectly she looked absolutely amazing in it, the quality of the material was lilac satin with hand stitched pearls I was blown away with it ❤️

I am so so impressed by this dress company. My dress came in just in time for my prom and fit me like a glove. I ordered my dress in a custom size and it was absolutely perfect. Nothing bad to say about it. However one flaw is that this company is not based in the UK. Despite the fact that this site is based on being in the UK, I had received an email saying that I should receive my order in a weeks time after placing my order. However, I had to wait around 3 weeks as this dress came from China. All of that aside, I would definitely recommend this company. The dress was absolutely stunning, I'd just say to order a few weeks in advance.
