Morphe Brushes Avis 174

After seeing the reviews on Trustpilot, I got quite scared about my Morphe order. However, I am glad to say that it arrived with all the correct products in brand new condition. I was notified that Evri had received my parcel very soon after ordered and though it did come a few days late, I assume it was because of Christmas.

Well I'm actually livid that I got an email from these so checked it online. Didn't see anything I wanted to buy but there was a couple of items in my basket from my last visit. I didn't want them. I had no intention of checking out, so I've come out the website and put my phone down but two minutes later I get an email saying "thank you for your purchase" I thought what I have not checked!!
I didn't even go into the basket. Why have you checked me out? Why? I didn't order this? I didn't put an order in or place an order, I didn't even go into the basket, are you having a slow day? Because this is outrageous! You actually have stolen my money and I want it back!! If you ship this item I will be going to the ombudsman! And informing my bank of fraud!

Love their makeup and use a lot of it, particularly their palettes , setting powders and sprays.

Can't comment on their delivery service because Evri is great in our area , thanks to Ian our delivery driver!

I’ve given them 2 stars because I have ordered without problem before from Morphe, but this time I’m experiencing the same problem as many on here. I ordered a big batch of cosmetics in the Black Friday sales. Evri, apparently, received the parcel, but it’s now lost in transit (for over a week). I’ve tried Evri (many many times). I’ve tried Morphe. Absolutely no response from either company and not helped by auto-chat bots with limited vocabulary!! No way of speaking to an actual person.
I am tearing my hair out. This was a Christmas present for my daughter. I suspect I’ll have to purchase it again and try to resolve this later. 😢

Bought 2 concealers for my daughter paid extra for next day delivery and I’m still waiting for my order. No delivery date given (but I should have received the items the day after!) customer service not answering because obviously it takes 24-48 hours to reply. I don’t know why they even offer a “next day” delivery service if the service doesn’t work. I’ll never buy from them again.

I ordered a palette set and brush set for my daughter's birthday and paid extra for next day delivery. But, 3 days later it has still not arrived. I received conflicting messages via their tracker, one saying it was delivered and a subsequent message saying it was on it's way. Either way, my daughter has NOT received it (and there is always someone at her accomodation to sign for and receive deliveries) and it is now too late. No way to get in touch, except via email with a 48 hour response time. Zero customer service and very disappointing experience.

I came into the Stratford Westfield store on Friday 28th August looking to browse make up for my wedding. I had no intention to buy anything as yet, I am a makeup novice and no next to nothing. A wonderful sales assistant Sandra must've sensed my overwhelmedness and offered to help me find the right shade. I have never been able to match my shade before, Sandra gave 2 recommendations and both were very good match. Sandra offered to try the makeup on me and i the ended ended up doing my whole face with numerous amazing products. I explained I don't eve know how to put make up on and kindly offered to teach me and made me do one side of my makeup, when I was nervous when she was watching she offered to walk away and allow me to do my thing. She was so patient, knowledgeable and kind. I let feeling much more confident in applying makeup and with products that actually matched my skin. Customer service like this is rare, she really made my day so thought I should share. Please give her a promotion or a pay rise or something.

In the past I've had problems with Morphe as I find the way they treat people terrible. Now I've read that they are closing many of their stores. Well, let this be a lesson to all business. If you don't treat your customers with the respect they deserve, you will lose them. And their money goes with them!!!

I'm a first time user the website is easy to navigate.
The makeup pricing is really reasonable. Communications and updates about my delivery very efficient.
Just recived today very impressed with my items!!

I’ve placed my order on 1/12/2022 and it’s been dispatched on the 2/12/2022 and I’ve still not received it. They don’t want to refund me because it’s their lost, but don’t care about their customers lost. They kept telling me that it’s with the courier out for delivery, so basically it’s been out for delivery since the 2/12/2022. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was rude.
I will not shop at morphes anymore.

We were served by Sophia who was exceptional. Customer service was outstanding. Her knowledge second to none and she was patient and went over and beyond to find stock!!

Super fast delivery and great quality products

I ordered on Sunday and received two days after (free delivery). Also paid a really great price for the products. And regarding Morphe products, I bought two jelly eyeshadows and a set of eye pencils, all really great, specially the jelly eye shadows. Highly recommend.

Great experience. A bit worried because of the negative reviews, but I luckily received service worthy of 10 stars. An order placed on Wednesday afternoon - with free delivery - arrived on Thursday evening. Everything was well packaged and looks amazing. Thank you Morphe staff.

Went into the MORPHE shop in the Arndale Manchester on 12/3/22 and the staff were so lovely helpful and kind, I’ve been on a lot of medications so it’s really messing with my skin and I really don’t look well but your staff were able to give me some great advice on how to look after my face and what makeup would suit me , she really made me feel at ease and knew what she was talking about , she has made me feel pretty and confident again , please thank your staff for me x

Awful company. Avoid 🛑🛑🛑 I been waiting my delivery for so long they been promising to wait because have issues with deliveries. At the end i just received refund and no parcel.. I’m very disappointed 😔 it was first time when i was tried to buy from that company, due reviews I wanna try this cosmetic but unfortunately I didn’t receive it… SAD …. MORPHE if you don’t have stuff so don’t put it for sale !!!

I ordered a last minute birthday gift for my friends birthday and it came a lot sooner than I expected. I was updated along every step of my order, which was very helpful. We do love stalking our parcels! :)

Was very worried after ordering and reading all these reviews especially the next day after ordering they said the items would be delayed but had another email next day saying it was being delivered and then recieved the next day, so happy and fantastic customer service for me kept up to date at all times, thank you so much, very happy.

An absolutely awful company, I’m not able to review their products, as like with many of the other reviews on here, I never received the items, but as a company I contacted them on numerous occasions, but I didn’t get one reply, morphe would have to improve just to be useless, I’ve had to ask PayPal to step in for a refund, I don’t know how this company is still trading, they really don’t deserve to be,

Ordered a special offer travel make up brush set.
Had an email telling me there would be a slight delay due to demand and Covid restrictions.
Had the same update every couple of days. Item still arrived in good time and is great quality.
Only issue is I am still getting emails telling me that my order is delayed.

Order? Parcel arriving? Really, I don’t think so! One month later on from date of purchase, and no sign whatsoever of it being delivered.
Customer service is abysmal. They do not answer the phone, and they most certainly have ignored all my attempts to contact them by email. In my experience, I am unsure if this is even a legitimate company. Avoid at all costs. They have taken my money, and the order is nowhere to be found.
