Excellent customer service
I had a problem with the toothbrush turning on and off after about 8 months, but Suzanne at customer service was great. Sent a short video showing the issue and she quickly sent out a new one. Couldn't fault the service.

To add … as I’ve just seen a review about the brush charger losing momentum over time … I’ve had my brush almost 3 years and it’s as good as new ! The guarantee is brilliant and, when we had an issue with my husbands brush after a few months it was immediately replaced. Can’t fault spotlight !

The buzz is scary but cleaning superb
After about a week with the brush I am not yet used to the vibration - it feels like a terrifyingly fast bee buzz, and coming from an Oral B brush the much faster vibration is actually quite unpleasant on the lips and tongue when the brush touches them. However, I am getting the hang of it now to keep soft parts clear of the wand and the four stars are for the super clean feel of my teeth, really like the dental clinic cleanliness. I do see (as with the old brush) specks of toothpaste etc between the teeth that need picking out afterwards but I have the sense that this is going to be a process of adaptation with a happy outcome. As I am getting on I want to do the best for the choppers and this brush has had so many great reviews that I am going with it and trying to get used to the buzz.

You can gradually work your way up to the other settings if you feel comfortable, but it’s perfectly fine to continue using the sensitive setting if that’s what feels best for you.

Teeth have never felt so clean
Very quick delivery, and came on date promised. Excellent toothbrush, really pleased with it. It looks and feels like very good quality and my teeth are feeling super clean!
