Fabulous Customer Service
Your Customer Services team have been exceedingly friendly, helpful and efficient. They responded rapidly to my messages and I am very grateful for the replacement toothbrush as I really do like this light, ergonomic and quiet toothbrush. Replacement heads I ordered do not fit…
Replacement heads I ordered do not fit my toothbrush I have contacted the company via e mail What’s app and telephoned numerous times and still no response but still getting e mails from them. I certainly will not be purchasing anything else until someone gets back to me I am beginning to think that the company has gone out of business

Not recommended
The follow-up and marketing emails are now verging on harassment. This was just the purchase of a cheap toothbrush - which is just not that important - and yet my inbox is swamped daily by Spotlight. This is despite me opting-out at the outset, unsubscribing at every opportunity and also making direct contact to request no more emails. I cannot recommend them.

The best toothbrush I’ve ever had
The best toothbrush I’ve ever had. I’ve really struggled with receding gums. Sensitive teeth that are stained, it’s not a good look. This was recommended to me by a friend. It’s wonderful my teeth and mouth feel clean and the whitening toothpaste really works. My teeth and gums feel so much better.
I’ve had the best customer service experience too, I will be a regular customer. Thank you so much I 100% recommend it’s a beautifully designed product that really works. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous dental care!
A great company with an easy to use website and many excellent offers.
All the products do what they say on the label. It is so important to look after what teeth we have, especially if we grew up in the 1950's with 'extension for prevention!'

Good toothbrush, but horrible email marketing
This is not a review of the toothbrush which I have only owned for 48 hours, but a complaint about the incessant emailing marketing from spotlight. Despite checking the box that asked me if I wanted to opt out of email marketing, despite unsubscribing to every email I received, I'm still getting emails every other day including the email asking me to review spotlight on trustpilot. Ironic, no?

Somewhat expensive but probably overall worth it. Toothbrush overall has lasted a while and the heads are of high quality and easy to replace.

Quick delivery but one was bent over like a swayed hair cut…. Email sent with pic on 20th May. Still no reply…. No point putting up an email addy for clients to respond to if you can’t be bothered to use that service.

Purchased my second box of replacement…
Purchased my second box of replacement toothbrush heads recently, fast ordering and delivery, I've found my toothbrush is still of great quality after a few years of use, probably better than most so called big name brands that are overpriced and charge a fortune for the replacement heads, great company and highly recommend

My teeth were slightly discoloured, I could see a difference after using the teeth whitening powder for the first time.

Returns
I ordered replacement heads for my sonic toothbrush expecting to get white ones. I tried calling a number replacements received a different model. The bases were obviously much larger
Not having any information about my model I assume these are for the Pro and not for mine. The heads are still in their original unopened packing
As the are obviously of no use to me I would like replacements to fit mine or a refund
As I don't have access to the internet I do not know what your procedure is and this seems the onply way to contact you as the phone number on the packet is apparently not available
I would appreciate your response

Brightened teeth
Everything arrived well packaged and quite quickly. Ive had the sonic toothbrushes before and now have the Pro sonic toothbrush and some of the tooth powders snd some toothpastes. Teeth are beginning to look much brighter, smoother and stain free!
