Can I start by saying ‘I love these tiles’ however, I went on to order a new tile, this is my third. It was a new card I was using to make the purchase so was not surprised when it said “Declined” so I attempted the purchase again. This time it went through. The only thing was ‘uk.Tile.com’ felt they should send out two tiles! They charged me for both! So I contacted them to return one. It has now been 33 days and still no refund! I received an email stating they had the returned tile but I had to wait up to a further 10 days for it to go through so by the time I SHOULD receive it, will be 40 DAYS! That is unacceptable! I also have it in black and white that they WOULD/WILL refund the postage as it was their fault, but in email one person has said ‘they never do’ I’ve also had them chase me because I hadn’t replied to an email but no reply was yet due as I have not yet received my refund. This is the last tile I will purchase. I no longer trust them! Bad business practice!
If a zero stars were available this company would definitely fit the criteria of no stars rating. I bought 5 of these tracking gizmos and even signed up to their premium service at 2.99 per month. That was in April 2917! I received the said batteries once in the last 6 years. I've contacted them several times to ask where they were. However every time I call or contacted them via their online system.
Each time told that the deadline for the batteries had passed.
The latest is an eye opener the free battery replacement is creasing? So only receive warranty replacements as long as your 6 keep sending them £2.99 per month. I've spent £220 in the 6 years and received ONE set of batteries? I've purchased the others myself. If I could get the money back I would but the next best is to warn others that if they buy these trackers don't buy the premium services or just not but them.
Tried to order a product that was in stock only to be met with this message after entering payment & delivery details "Sorry, your order cannot be completed. The product is out of stock.". Chatting with Tile I just got gibberish to try to fix my browser and only 15min into the conversation did they confirm it was really out of stock, and just please try later
