I placed an order for Rosate weed killer, selected the cheapest delivery which would be a few days, it arrived the very next day. What a service. 10/10. Will be using this company again.

Quick over night delivery.
But very disappointed and shocked at the packaging / container.
20 litres of Glyphosate delivered in an unlabeled container, no indication of contents, no hazchem markings, no warnings, a totally blank container. Unable to store at our educational premises in the form as delivered due to COSHH.

I bought a lawn product from this company on the understanding that it would improve my lawn. Instead it killed the lawn and turned it brown. This rubbish was applied in April so has nothing to do with the recent heatwave. I contacted the company but received no satisfactory response and no refund. The bag I purchased which was supposed to improve my lawn cost me nearly £40.00 which I now consider a real ripoff.

I’ve had two recent orders, both positive! Will definitely be buying from uk amenity when I next need weed killer.

goods never arrived in time so cancelled order and they stopped delivery now will not refund me !!

Excellent customer service and very easy to deal with.
They were very polite and helpful on the phone and answered any questions professionally.

I did purchase over the bank holiday, so I had to make a couple of days extra for delivery, but that wasn’t a problem as I wasn’t badly in need of the weed killer.
I bought Rosate360 TF 20L Glyphosate - Total Weed Killer × 1 because 20L was Was good value for money.

I normally buy on the five or 10 L, but this time I went for the whole hog

Rosate360 Weed killer is a fantastic product as I’ve used it so many times before.
UK Amenity What is the only company that I could find who was offering this product for good value of money for the quantity I wanted.

This is the first time I’ve used UK Amenity and I can’t fault them in any way whatsoever.
The product was delivered the date they stated

Very good service, item arrived no problem

Made an order over a week ago, anticipating prompt delivery. Product received a week later, which was somewhat annoying as I had to await delivery and cancelling an appointment. Even more annoying the delivery was just left on the door step with no indication that the delivery had been made!
An email was sent earlier in the week enquiring about delivery, this was not acknowleged, very disappointing.

Service does not appear to be high on the list of Amenity's priorities.

OK This is a bit picky, but had asked early on a Friday for a fungicide. It was in stock, and I asked hoping it could be despached that day, as it was urgent. The order was despached on the folowing Monday and arrived by courier Tuesday lunchtime. Hardly worth losing a star I know.

Avoid….avoid…avoid!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Short delivered on the wrong day and in poor condition due to unsuitable packaging. They refused to accept responsibility and didn't respond to phone calls or emails. Thankfully I paid with paypal so could get my money back through them. Tried them because my usual supplier was out of stock but will never use again..really poor service!
