💯ALWAYS TRU= FIFTEEN MONTHS AGO I WROTE MY BOOK " THE LIL GIRL WHO WON THE LOTTERY" I SPOKE TO MANY PUBLISHERS IN THE UK, ONE STOOD OUT, AMZ MARKETING HUB, I SPOKE TO CARL WHO MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, BUT BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO SPEND MONEY AT THE TIME I DIDNT GO THROUGH WITH IT. A YEAR WENT BY AND IT WAS KILLING ME INSIDE THAT I DIDNT PUBLISH MY BOOK. A YEAR LATER I HAD ENOUGH, I CONTACTED AMZ MARKETING HUB AGAIN AND GOT THROUGH TO GEORGE ONE OF THE SENIORS OF THE COMPANY. HE SAID CARL HAD LEFT, BUT ALSO MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND REASSURED ME WE CAN DO IT TOGETHER AND HE WILL NEVER LEAVE ME, AS I DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PUBLISHING A BOOK. GEORGE PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH ANOTHER WORKER AT THE SAME COMPANY NAMED EMILY. WE STARTED THE PROCESS FROM SCRATCH. EDITING, PROOF-READING, DESIGNING MY BOOK COVER ETC, EVERYDAY I WOULD PHONE GEORGE AND EMILY MULIPLE TIMES WORRIED AS I READ SOME NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON TRUST PILOT, BUT EMILY AND GEORGE ALWAYS REASSURED ME THEY WERE WITH ME ALL THE WAY TILL THE PROJECT WAS FINISHED. ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROJECT THEY GOT BACK TO ME AND WE WOULD GO OVER AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORK TILL IT WAS RIGHT. HALF WAY THROUGH THE PROJECT I CAME TO REALISE THEY WERE RIGHT, AND I COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER PUBLISHER. THE BOOK FINALLY GOT COMPLETED MASHALLAH= THANK ( GOD ) I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE BOOK AND SO WAS MY FAMILY AND FREINDS AS I WAS THE FIRST AUTHOR THEY KNEW IN PERSON AND THE BOOK LOOKED AMAZING INSIDE AND OUT. THEN I PAID EXTRA FOR THEM TO MARKET MY BOOK WHICH ALSO WAS A BLESSING, BECAUSE, THE PRICE I PAID TO PUBLISH AND MARKET MY BOOK WAS CHEAPER THAN ALOT OF PUBLISHERS WERE ASKING JUST TO PUBLISH MY BOOK. EMILY TOOK OVER THE MARKETING SIDE OF THINGS, WE ARE AT THE END STAGE OF THE MARKETING AND I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH MARKETING THEY DONE FOR THE PRICE- HONEST, THEY HAVE PUT MY BOOK IN SO MANY DIFFERENT PLACES, COUNTRIES, DONE A WEBSITE FOR ME, PUT IT ON GOOGLE, IN WATERSTONES WHICH IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST BOOK COMPANIES IN THE WORLD AND DONE ALOT MORE.I AM SO PROUD TO HAVE WORKED WITH EMILY AND GEORGE AND WHAT WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED IN THE THREE MONTHS WORKING TOGETHER. I WANT TO THANK EMILY AND GEORGE FOR CHANGING MY LIFE AND MAKING ME AND MY FAMILY SO PROUD, I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO WORK WITH THEM, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A NEW AUTHOR LIKE I WAS, I LEARNED SO MUCH WORKING WITH THEM. THANKS FOR READING MY TRU STORY. This is a truly excellent publisher that I can fully recommend. They were quite superb in every aspect. Sarah Green's proofreading was particularly noteworthy, I accepted every recommendation she made. My contact, Arthur Burton, was similarly totally professional and supportive. I have used other publishers before, but none was as good as AMZ. The layout, both of the book and also the covers, was exceptional. I can fully recommend AMZ as a 5*****Star company. I will, most certainly, be using them again.

Amazon can be a good experience for an author to get their book published, according to the package bought. Value for money is good. However, there is a big push for further marketing and additional services, which I found to be unwelcome. In addition, Amazon - for the price you pay - do not read your manuscript and make suggestions for improvement. To that extent, they do not work with the author. However, the personal relationship that can develop enables the author to make sure that the published package is fulfilled. I have had several books published through Amazon and have worked hard to achieve what I wanted. They are very good value for money and would be a useful publisher for first-time or returning authors, who wish to have a cost-effective experience.

Arthur Burton is the main person I deal with, he is always helpful, and often comes up with good ideas. He seems to work very long hours, which can be handy if you have a query in the evening.

Eric has been outstanding and always keeps me in the loop. Even when we have had just a small issue, he makes sure he gets it sorted and the book is published ontime. The work they do meets my needs and the price is acceptable but with most things these days could be cheaper. I have now published 12 books with them and have 3 in the works. 01/11/2023 till present day

i found the whole task of publishing and promoting my books incredibly daunting, and quite frankly impossible, until i received help from eric joseph and george bachman they've somehow managed to swap my fears for excitement about what will happen next. Book publishing is certainly a journey, but it’s a journey i’m now happy to be on. i’m now excited for what will happen next!
