Ordered a uke for my daughters birthday,was sent dispatches next day,was damaged in transit but company phoned me straight away and offered me a more expensive uke at no extra cost to myself,received it two days later,owner was honest and upfront about the original order and that was very much appreciated,would use again

First time ukulele buyer/player here
I was pleasently surprised the service I got.
I was called by Divyesh who adviced me on my Ukulele, at first I was a little skeptical because I'm a cynical person. "Is this man just trying to make me spend more money?" haha
But the advice he gave was excellant and I ended up buying a ukulele that was still in my budget but around £15-20 more than the beginner one I had chosen.

After hearing that I used to play the piano and wanted something to help de-stress in these strange times. He emailed me 3 other ukuleles that would be more suitable and higher quality.

I'm very much in love with my purchase and I play it daily for at least an hour! It had the promised warm tones and beautiful sound.

Definitely would buy here again! :)

Contacted to purchase a tenor uke which unfortunately was out of stick everywhere I tried. Unlike other companies I was offered the opportunity of considering another for the same price. After consideration I agreed and received a Baton Rouge Ukulele along with a very good quality bag. I may not of considered it but have to admit to being very pleased with the purchase which was delivered in very good time despite current situation with Covid. Really happy to recommend especially as a young company trying hard to succeed at a very difficult time.
