This company goes the extra mile
This company goes the extra mile to make sure people have the health cover that corresponds to their needs. I made a routine inquiry about the cost of my premiums going up, but instead of just answering my basic question, Garry Darbaz carried out a full market review and found me an alternative healthcare provider whose premiums were less than I had originally been paying! Full credit to him and to UK Health Insurance.

We needed to move from one Private…
We needed to move from one Private Health Insurer to another. We didn't really know much about any of them, but Garry Darbaz spent a great deal of time listening to our needs (and budget) and then went away to do his research. It was excellent research and more than assisted in helping us switch providers. He went 'above and beyond' and was really excellent; in fact it's the best customer service that we have received in a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Garry at UK Health Insurance. Making the right choice for healthcare

I have used UK Health Insurance for 14 years and was always impressed with their service.
In 2022 I decided to change my long term provider for another insurance, as it had got too expensive.
Sean Roberts went through it all with a patience and explanations for me, but I decided to go for another year with my provider.
In 2023 I decided to change and spoke to Sean, who once again took the time and patience to find the right policy for me.
After changing the policy, only 4 days in; I had a claim.
Sean ensured he went the extra mile in getting the claim sorted out ( even with the date issue ) he even spoke to the underwriters and claim officers.
Amazing. He really truly cared and he got everything resolved for me, he is professional and explains everything and he intervened for me to ease any stress I had.
He really flys the flat for UK Heath Insurance !
